  This is one of my favorite McD around ! Although it can be busy, they are pretty organized.

  Very disappointed. I love the Golden M, but today I had a very bad experience. I ordered a 20-piece meal and a sundae with chocolate on the bottom and caramel on top. Because the cashier did not charge me extra, the employee assumed I only wanted chocolate. It was not my fault that I was not charged correctly. The situation was handled poorly, and the customer service was very disappointing.

  I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at the drive-thru. Every time I ask (and pay) for extra fudge on both the top and bottom, it’s only added to the bottom. When I politely ask to have it fixed, I’m met with a noticeable attitude. If I’m paying for the extra fudge, I expect it to be done correctly and to be treated with respect.

  I normally have no issues. I ordered through my app. Ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese biscuit combo with orange juice & hash brown. Got 2 extra hash browns, their oatmeal, & 2 apple slices for another person. Open my breakfast sandwich & there’s a sausage, egg, & cheese McGriddle. I think they accidentally switched orders or something. But I absolutely hate breakfast sausage. Had to throw the patty out. Definitely have to check next time. 🤦‍♀️

  Pésimo servicio la supuesta manager atacó verbal mente sin motivo aparente ami esposo y después ami su nombre es Annie mi hija es especial y se dirigió a ella diciendo que tiene un defecto y dijo ami esposo que se callara por el propio bien de mi hija cuando el le dijo que que le pasaba que no era manera de tratarnos yo le dije que estaba asustando a mis hijas pues andaba nuestra bebé de 8 meses estuve apunto de llamar la policía ami hija de 10 años le dio una crisis nerviosa en el lugar devido alos gritos y al susto de todo lo que la señora nos dijo es increíble como puede estar una persona así al servicio de un lugar donde llegan familias con niños a comer pido porfavor de la manera más atenta tomar cartas en el asunto
