  Terrible location. They purposely give you the wrong order! On April 23, I payed extra for a PROTEIN refresher and they gave me a refresher with the basic oat milk. Avoid this location please!

  Normally I have no issues with this location but there is NO WAY I came here at 5:45 am(in a rush for work), order my food, just to have cold food that has been sitting up waiting on someone to order it! All you’re doing is putting the food in the oven for a few minutes and running the bread through the toaster. Normally the line is long and slow but it was literally 1 person in front of me. I should have known something wasn’t going to be right. Very disappointed. What a way to start the day

  Good afternoon. Im writing this because I live on Reese Street so this is my go to place when I'm not cooking breakfast at home. But I have to say I thought dunking donuts was fast food????This place has made me late for work ×2 times. And every morning it's the same thing. The drive thru line is a mile away. Please guys come on get it together. I have to drive 🚗 to my next dunking and it's past my job 🙃 😩 😫 . Very disappointed 😞

  Every visit to this location is extremely disappointing. The staff are ALWAYS confused and unorganized, service is painfully slow, and drinks are almost never made correctly. My most recent order was prepared so poorly that it was completely undrinkable. I pay $5 for a small drink at Dunkin, I’d expect it to at least be drinkable. The order tells you exactly how to make the drink and they still make it wrong, must be so incompetent that they can’t even follow instruction's. This location is a complete waste of time and money!!!
