  Hello this is Lexi here, I came into Dunkin because ruthys bakery is closed. So I came here to get the small iced coffee with oat milk. When I’ve arrived, I smiled at one of the workers and one of them didn’t smile at all and as this monotone voice. I said to her can you smile and have a good attitude. She just didn’t smile and she was extremely rude. I’ll never come back here again. And the iced coffee with oat milk was horrible. I’ll go to Ruthys bakery for their better quality coffee. That was just my honest opinion and work on her attitude.

  I asked for a hot coffee with caramel and milk. The lady put cream. I asked her to please fix it. Instead of them fixing the drink she just added milk to the coffee that already had cream. I asked for a coffee not a latte . Customer service is very poor here. Needs new management
