  Unbelievably disappointing. Yesterday evening we ,2 families walked in with 4 kids and 3 adults. After, 5/7 minute wait in line the young man served us and when I received my ice cream I asked my son for a napkin. He said he was told no napkins. I looked to another waiting customer who said to me that will be a problem as he was in line with a 2 year old. After 5 minutes or so, I noticed our kids needed napkins so I walked to the counter and asked if they had run out of napkins. He said “No, I have napkins in the back but I am taking care of a Customer “. So I waited patiently and he continued to take more customers and after 6/7 minutes I walked outside where some others needed napkins. My son went in to ask for napkins again and I noticed a back and forth. I walked in and said to the young man behind the counter. Please stop and get us napkins and you will also do good for all the customers in line who will also need napkins. He said “look you are the only people all night that have asked for napkins…..go get them somewhere else. I just don’t know understand…….a napkin for a 3 year old if you have it should not be considered as a wrong ask…….its just simple customer service 101 JMS

  Terrible experience place was dirty, worker looked like he was unkempt and didnt want to take our order, waited until we got the food to say certain items were missing instead of offering an alternative, do not come.

  Incredible experience, staff workers are amazing. Very creative and signs are adorable.

  this place is mediocre. the guy at the counter had to ask for my order like 6 times (literally just wanted a mint blizzard with snickers.. not too complicated), in the end he gave me Oreos instead of snickers. sigh

  It was ok. I like the ice cream but I have to agree with other reviews that the counters looked dirty and the skinny clerk guy was very dry in service. I didn't feel too welcome and he made zero eye contact, but then again I came late! Not a deal breaker, but as a business owner myself I know how valuable these Google reviews are for your SEO and how far negative comments go so I won't leave a bad one! Ice cream great, cleanliness 5/10, service 4/10. I'd come back regardless. But yeah you guys have some work to do and def those simple responses to past customers need work because at end of the day, we keep you in business and couldve chose anywhere else to go. Fact: one good review gets seen by 100 locals but a bad one is seen by 1,000.
