  I sent an email, but since no one responded to me: To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my significant disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my visit to your Davie South location earlier today. My experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel it is imperative to bring these matters to your attention. Upon entering the establishment, I immediately felt pressured to make a selection, which left me with insufficient time to review the menu adequately. As I proceeded with my order, I attempted to add guacamole, but was unprofessionally interrupted by an employee. I had to explicitly request that she allow me to complete my statement. The issues continued at the register. I had a promotional offer for complimentary chips that was to be scanned. The cashier initially refused to honor this offer, suggesting I needed to purchase an additional item to qualify. Following this, an unnamed employee aggressively retrieved a bag of chips from the shelf and, in a manner I can only describe as dismissive, placed them into my bag. This public display of unprofessionalism caused me considerable embarrassment and was entirely inappropriate. When I requested her name, she refused to provide it. It is particularly disheartening to reflect on this experience, especially as I was purchasing food for my mother, who is currently hospitalized. Regardless of personal circumstances, customers should always be treated with courtesy and respect. The conduct I encountered today falls far below the standard one would expect from a customer service representative. Thanks

  DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! $11 for the smallest chipotle bowl I’ve ever eaten in my life. Just look at the photo. I literally got like 1/2 a scoop of the chicken and the server told me she’d need to charge me for double protein when I asked if that was all the chicken I was going to get. The place was also dirty with employees who literally didn’t care and had horrific customer service. I’ll never go back to this chipotle again.

  Came at 10:40pm hungry and ready to eat but supposedly they are closed by that time? Even a big girl came to the door because another man was picking up an online order and she didn’t even let him in … what kind of service is going on at this location ??? Maybe if they want to close the store early they should change the times ON THE DOOR AND ONLINE! The workers thought it was joke, just standing there with a smirk. Terrible service.

  Visited last week. The condition of this location was hard to ignore, and this isn't a one-off because it's how I find it every time I come in making me reconsider going anymore. Many tables in the dining room still had food left on it from previous customers, and nobody cleared or wiped them down the entire time I was there. Behind the counter wasn't any better. Food smeared across the outside of the serving containers and built up along the line, with food shavings scattered across the counter at the register. Meanwhile, one employee was on their phone with music playing. Wiping down the register area is common sense, and there was clearly time to do it as there was no line for a good 20 minutes while I was eating. Service matched the state of the store. Short answers, visible attitude, no greeting or acknowledgment. The impression was that basic questions were an inconvenience. Made me apprehensive to even ask. The bathroom had no paper towels, which means anyone who washed their hands walked out without drying them. None of this is a rush-hour problem. It's a checklist nobody is running and a shift nobody is supervising. The food itself was made correctly, which is why this is frustrating rather than surprising. The product is fine and the standards around it aren't. Management has cameras that can see it all and for months with me visiting multiple times nothing changed so it was time I leave this honest review in hopes that they get their act together especially for a company at this level. One has to think..... If the food is everywhere, bathrooms unattended to, with careless employees attitudes this visible, how clean is this Chipotle?! The inspector should visit this place! I'm surely going to contact corporate with pictures and the city inspector to look into this.

  Poor management, dirty and no employees hustle. Line of 10 people, 1 kid working the entire line and cashier. Take out girl not busy and too lazy to jump in and help. Worst store ever.
