I order double protein and still get jipped, my wife's order barely had any chicken on it. Also Kinda dirty at the condiments sections and unkept which is expected if it was a busy location.

From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism was lacking. With the exception of one young Latino employee working as an associate, who appeared to be the only person focused on serving customers, the rest of the crew seemed disengaged. Employees were openly using foul language behind the counter, socializing instead of working, and moving at an unnecessarily slow pace while customers waited. The atmosphere felt unorganized and unprofessional, making what should have been a quick meal take much longer than expected. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately that was not reflected during my visit. I want to recognize the one employee who remained attentive and hardworking despite everything going on around him, but overall the experience left a very poor impression. I hope management takes the time to address the lack of professionalism and holds the team to a higher standard.

When I went up there was an older lady and I had to repeat myself like 10 times saying “plant protein. I want the plant protein. The last one on the menu. Plant protein.” And she just looked at me like I was crazy. I wasn’t talking fast or quiet at all.. she could definitely hear me becuase another employee spoke beside her and said “She wants the plant protien.” And THEN the lady was like “OHH” 😑 when I moved on to another old-ish lady doing the condiments the literal same thing happened, I wanted the sour cream and she looked at me like 🤨. All in all the customer service made me feel weird, unfortunately this location is the closest to me so I will be coming back. Please get better service!
