  Came in and waited in line over 15 minutes Sunday afternoon. When I got to the front I asked for a double wrapped burrito with honey chipotle chicken… Not available, so I try settling with a basic chicken burrito, “not ready yet…” over 10 minutes after it’s finally ready and served. When I got to the checkout counter, the clerk didn’t have change for the transaction. He stated “I do not have enough singles to give as change. I asked for a manager was told that the manager chopping the chicken near-by in visible view was “busy” at that point I asked the clerk if he had the exact change in quarters to find a solution that works for both of us. The clerk tried opening the coin dispenser to no avail. After being forced to bare another act of this circus of a place, I opted to walk out and leaving meal behind . 25 minutes wasted, and left with the experience that made me doubt the stability of this place and how it manages to survive day by day with the current management and staff. Cue generic response below…

  On closing shift about 20 minutes or so prior to store hours, ordered 4 small bowls of just chicken. In the food industry it’s tiring shifts and long hours and everyone that chooses to work in the field has all my respect. But no greeting, no eye contact and disproportionate portions (given that its a straight chicken bowl) is a bit concerning.

This location is usually packed, which actually works in its favor—the high turnover means the food is always fresh, even if you have to wait in line. Ordering online can be hit‑or‑miss since you don’t always know how much protein or veggies you’ll get, but in‑person service keeps portions generous and predictable. Its central location near Nova Southeastern University, Costco, and Chick‑fil‑A makes it a convenient stop for students and locals. Parking is surprisingly easy, allowing quick in‑and‑out visits without wasting time. The crowd is mostly students, giving the place a lively university feel that brings back memories of my own school days. The employees here work incredibly hard—truly like machines—keeping food stocked as if the supply never runs out. The drink station is fully equipped with lids, napkins, and plenty of sauces. Seating is well designed, offering both bar‑style stools and lower tables in a clean, modern layout. Overall, this Chipotle is reliable, efficient, and well run. I’ve always had good experiences here and would recommend it for both dine‑in and takeout.

  Honestly I was having a rough time here but at the end the manager (Alejandro) pretty much saved the experience I was having. Overall I just wanted to tell Alejandro that I truly appreciate him hearing me out and going above and beyond to resolve my issue. Thank you

  Went to this location had a meal Enjoyed it was super busy, The employees were working their butts off. The restaurant Business is tough I know. Occasionally, I decide to go on Google and leave a review not only the negative ones. I tried to balance things out. Takes a lot of vitriol to write some of these reviews, Not to mention, taking pictures of people trying to earn a living.
