    I was asked to provide my phone number while other non-Black customers were not asked for the same information. This made me feel singled out and targeted based on my race. I found the interaction uncomfortable and discriminatory because I appeared to be treated differently from others in the same situation.

    Probably the saddest experience I've ever had at a Chick fil A. The employees were really nice & everything looked clean like always. However my 30 piece nugget meal was barely warm and they were hard which was so disappointing. I asked for the sauce when I ordered multiple or 2 types and got 3 when I asked for 6. The large mac n cheese seems to fill less and less of the bowl but my drink was yummy. Also the chicken wrap was enjoyed even though apparently they had to charge for an extra dressing. And I think I'm done ordering salads here as they fill the bottom container less and less every visit but the cost is so much. All in all this was a very disappointing visit regardless of how "fast" they get you out of the drive thru.

    Worst experience ever! How do they not put chicken on your $9 sandwich at a chicken restaurant? Ugh so furious right now. 25 minutes on hold to hear they will let me know what reward will be added to my account. Just wait 3 business days and you "should" hear back 🤣 Update... called 4 business days later spoke to a manager. She was very polite and apologetic. She refunded my entire order and also gave me a few rewards. Didn't put chicken on my sandwich that night but she did her best to make it right. I can forgive a mistake and I appreciate her being so sincere and helpful.

    I love coming to this location. The staff is always so kind and sweet. I’d specifically like to mention Ashley, and Aya for their smiles, and Dre for her kindness and smiles! Every time I see her she gives me the sweetest hug and smile!

    This past weekend I paid a visit to this particular chick fil la and was charged twice for the same meal. When I asked a group of 5 teenagers to take one charge off they all looked at each other for about 10 mins and said nothing. I then asked why I was being charged again at the window when I was just charged in line, and the young lady at the window lied and said my card didn’t go threw and I drove away before she could tell me. Which is a LIE, because before I drove away she told me it had went through . They then said one charge should drop off.! I came back up there the next day and the charges still hadn’t dropped, I talked to ERICA MEJIA and she promised me that I would only be charged once and not twice. Gave me her card and told me to call if in 48 hrs the charges still hadn’t dropped. More than 48 hrs passed and I was SHOCKER, charged twice , two different prices for a. 8 count nugget meal ! We tried to call them multiple times and zero answers or call backs !! I am highly frustrated and this has made me not want to return to this location or any location ever again! The staff were incompetent and not helpful. And it made zero sense to be charged twice two different prices . 0/10. Do better !! I would not eat at this location ever again! And definitely wouldn’t recommend it. Completely ruined my chick fil la experience.
