  I’m an Atlanta native, so I know Chick-fil-A. This is the only location I’ve ever been to where employees don’t respond with “my pleasure.” Beyond that, the restaurant is consistently filthy inside, the tables are literally falling apart, mobile ordering for the drive-thru isn’t available (you have to go inside to pick it up or place your order in person), and there’s about a 50% chance something in your order will be wrong or missing. My latest experience there was the final straw. My entire family was eating there. I ordered the kale side salad, and nearly half of the kale stems had black spots on them. I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve ever sent food back anywhere, but I finally worked up the courage to say something. The employee at the register got the manager, who responded with, “That’s how kale comes,” while showing my salad to several employees behind the counter, then stared at me like I had made the most ridiculous complaint imaginable. I was honestly shocked by the response, and I guess it showed on my face because she decided to 'go to the back' and a few minutes later came back out and said, “We will replace it.” I said thank you. No apology, no acknowledgment, nothing. For a brand that built its reputation on hospitality and customer service, this location completely misses the mark. It’s honestly a shame CFA doesn’t do corporate-level inspections or have operator accountability (look at the Google reviews- there are no replies- that says it all). This location is a horrible representation of Chick-fil-A brand standards.

  Food was good but the wait time is bad. Teenagers having to many personal conversations 🙄customer should not have to wait 10mins for a shake or salad.. some food items are already prepared customers should not have to wait on a salad when there are salads in the refrigerator already made.....

  i stand on this when i say i LOVE me some cfa. like everybody knows if there’s one place i never say no to is cfa. now im here all the time(hence being a signature member😭) and ive never received the amazing service i did from LUKE MATTHEW and MATHIAS. i had some difficulty when processing my order and they were able to help me quickly and swiftly in a time where cfa was at its peak. truly perfect examples of what cfa stands for:)

  Incredible food and the friendliest staff I've ever encountered! The chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy and the waffle fries were super tasty. Every visit feels like a treat, and I love the fast service!

  Me encanta esta cadena de restaurants Pero evito ir a este en particular pq está muy sucio, desgastado, algunas sillas no sirven, no es Agradable ir … y es una lastima pq esta en las mejores zonas de la ciudad , Deberian remodelar , limpiar y mejorar pq deja muy mal la franquicia
