  What's up y'all, I just wanna say that since I've been visiting this store, all the employees have a great attitude. Something that's rarely seen in a fast food chain. It's very genuine and I, for one, can appreciate that. More importantly, I want to share my appreciation for the young man, Jordan. He's been very exceptional, has good energy and is always asking how everyone is doing. THAT, is a great example of good hospitality in a restaurant setting. Thank you, Wishing you all the best!!

  So we recently visited this Chick-fil-A and in my opinion it's trash, the guy asked "How can I help you" I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich meal add cheese with a drink after finally getting through the line the sandwich I ordered didn't have cheese so I got right back in line, waited again and once I got through I spoke with a young lady handling the food I was simply told I never asked for cheese so now in my head I'm thinking something is wrong because I clearly did but the young lady told me that I didn't So next, they proceeded to tell me that if I want cheese, it's 80 more cents so at this point, I'm just not happy because I'm paying for something I asked for but whatever so I gave her the .80 She gives me back the wrong change, then proceeds to tell me we have no pennies we have to "round down" and I'm not being petty but if a customer is doing all of this slice of cheese at this point I want my exact change back but they couldn't do it now mind you they took the 1st grilled chicken sandwich they gave me back and left it on the side of their building, along with several other random orders that looked like returned food, then they come out with another grilled chicken sandwich and the cheese just thrown on the sandwich halfway, and the sandwich wasn't even hot or the cheese "kinda melted" I just left very unhappy and never experienced this kinda behavior at Chick-fil-A this company is supposed to have "great customer service"I will never visit this location again.

  The best Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to! Lynn was so sweet and made sure everything was perfect for me and my family. She even went the extra mile for us and gave amazing service. Such a kind young lady. Food was fast & delicious! we’ll definitely be coming back!

  Workers messed up our order. Asked for deluxe w veggies regular we got plain spicy. On top of that we waited while 13+ cars got their orders after we were there first. Took even longer when we asked the boy he was clueless and looked annoyed that we asked him. 1/10 experience very annoying

  When I arrived home, I realized my order was incorrect. I returned to the store and spoke with Dory, the team supervisor, but she was very rude and dismissive. She did not seem to care that I had to drive all the way back because of a mistake made by Alejandro, who took my order incorrectly even after I repeated it multiple times. Dory came to my car, and I explained the situation. She said she would check and went inside. After waiting for some time, she came back and informed me that I would have to pay for the corrected chicken, even though the mistake was not mine. I was required to pay the price difference, and while she did say “sorry,” her attitude showed little concern for the inconvenience I experienced. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing. I felt unheard and disrespected, especially since the error was on the restaurant’s part. I hope this issue is addressed so that other customers do not have a similar experience.
