  The young lady that served us was very pleasant, and did her best to accommodate in-store and online orders. Subway could do better to hire additional staff, but overall it was okay and the food was good

  It was good, yesterday night we came and got a sub, I ate it and it tasted good, the food was a bit messy though also I ordered a cookie and as usual from a subway it tasted so good! Also because it kinda took a long time to wait I could actually sit on the empty seat for a bit, i don't have that detail of how good it tasted but I will try to do an update next time I order from this restruant

  I I visited this location on April 17 at 11:20 PM, well before the scheduled 12:00 AM closing time. Despite being the only physical customer in the store, the employee (a lady) refused to serve me, stating she had to prioritize online orders. It is disappointing to be turned away 40 minutes before closing just because digital orders are treated as more important than a customer standing right in front of them. Very poor service.

  I have Been ordering from this location for the last 2 years and never had an issue when the ttwo gentlemen that worked there. Unfortunately my last 3 visit to this location has been a nightmare the young always getting the order wrong i I r claim there no order when you clearly show receipts order numbers every time there’s an issue with my order. Fast forward today order right on the counter and she states no order came through after arguing for 15 mins she oh it here ! Called the mgr he was no help neither!! Will not be returning!!!! Neither will my friend and family in the area. The young lady need better training on her customer service

  Mike the assistant manager is the absolute best! Shout out to him for providing an elevated experience! You can tell he is passionate and cares about the quality and service he's providing. He went the extra mile to make suggestions and help us figure out what would take our meal to the next level. He was making multiple sandwiches at once and keeping his area clean. It's hard to find people like this who work hard and care. We appreciate you Mike we will definitely be back! This man deserves his own Subway store
