  I’ve given this Pizza Hut location multiple chances, but this last experience involved a serious food safety concern. The pizza delivered to my home had a strong spoiled odor. My daughter, who currently has a sinus infection and couldn’t smell it, ate three slices before we realized something was wrong. I noticed the smell immediately when I took a bite and we stopped eating. The marinara sauce we ordered was also missing. This isn’t the first issue (past orders have arrived burnt, incorrect, or missing items) but this is the first time I’ve received food that seemed unsafe. When I called the store, I was on hold for over ten minutes and transferred multiple times. I was ultimately connected with Noah, who repeatedly interrupted me, dismissed my concerns, and ended the call without resolving anything. I was even told, “It seems we can’t satisfy you, so my recommendation to the general manager is that we don’t ever take your order,” which is an unacceptable response to a legitimate food safety complaint. I’m currently waiting for the general manager to follow up. Mistakes happen, but food safety and respectful customer service should always be taken seriously.

  Ordering Pizza from the restaurant 2300 Forrest Lake Dr in Davenport FL from day one dice opening. I member managed to be there before my pizza was ready. After twice ordering they recognized already. Always friendly, professional, clean. Did not mess up my order once. Very happy to have this Pizza Hut in my neighborhood
