  We were visiting from out of town and Russell made us feel right at home took our order at the counter and let us know exactly how much time we had before the pizza would be ready. When the pizza was ready it came out perfectly and on time.

  I called in on May 31 of 2026 around 8:30 PM to double check the order because it was made online and sometimes there are some issues. I Spoke with someone named Corey and asked him for a little extra Parmesan spread on the breadsticks in which he responded “ I can try “ and this is what we received very dry and also, our pizza was not cut. We had to pull out our own pizza cutter and cut it ourselves, which is not a problem, but if I paid for service, that’s what I should get. We also ordered extra sauce on the pizza and the pizza is dry as well. Again I asked Corey to double check all of these things and his response was “I can try”. No disrespect, but I don’t think it’s that hard to spread a little extra Parmesan from a bottle onto some breadsticks or a little extra sauce. Highly disappointed because this is actually one of my favorite stores because they normally get the order right but lately I’ve been calling in and a lot of people are getting an attitude when I’m asking them for extra Parmesan on the breadsticks as if it’s coming out of their pocket. I have also worked for this very same Papa Johns when I was younger, and the Parmesan bottles are a premade mix so all they have to do is take them out of the freezer And use them so it’s not like they have to make a mix of anything probably laziness if you ask me. Definitely will not be ordering from the store again and the sad thing is there’s a Papa John’s up the street from me that’s closer, but I went out of my way because I liked this location, but you know it always takes one person to ruin it. I have scroll through the reviews and have seen multiple one star reviews. Definitely will not recommend to family or friends, especially if it is their first time I don’t want my name spoiled because they had a bad experience. I’ll send them to Little Caesars. Ps. thanks for the free pizza Corey Pizza was on you tonight!!
