  We had a wonderful experience at Outback Steakhouse. The restaurant was very clean, with a great and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone, from the reception staff to the service team, was friendly, professional, and very attentive. The highlight of the experience was definitely the chef and the quality of the steak. We ordered it medium well, and it was cooked perfectly on the first try—tender, flavorful, and exactly as requested. Not every chef can get medium well just right, and the level of skill really showed. A great dining experience overall, and special thanks to the chef and the entire team!

  Wow ! This was my first time ordering from outback. The ribs might be one of the best rib dishes I have had, and we live in Texas. Ribs were cooked to perfection, fall off the bone. Food was spectacular. Staff were incredibly helpful. Thank you, we will be back!!

  El lugar está delicioso, la verdad en relación calidad precio está excelente la comida, buenísima los términos perfectos, la verdad lo disfrutamos muchísimo el único pero que le pongo es que lugar está un poco sucio y el servicio es lento. Pedimos de todo sólo tomé pocas fotos pero esto fue lo más rico. Recomiendo sin duda pedir el delmonico steak con langosta. Está buenísimo ,es un buen lugar para ir con familia Ya a toda una institución. Durante muchos años. Su calidad es constante Lo recomiendo mucho si estás por ahí nunca falla

  My family and I had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had at this Outback Steakhouse. We were on a family trip looking forward to a nice meal, but unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing from the moment we walked in. The customer service was terrible, and the manager’s attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of trying to resolve our concerns professionally, I felt the manager was dismissive and disrespectful. The experience became so unpleasant that we canceled our entire order before our entrées were even served and decided to leave. As someone who works as a waitress, I understand the importance of following alcohol service laws. I know that asking for a physical ID is required in many situations, and I fully respect those rules. However, based on my understanding, ID checks are generally required when a guest appears to be under a certain age. In this situation, I didn’t feel that applied, and the interaction left me feeling singled out. While I can’t say for certain what the reason was, the way we were treated made me question whether bias played a role, and that was incredibly upsetting. To make matters worse, while we were there, another table was already complaining because they found hair in their food. Seeing that only reinforced our decision to leave. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. My family and I left without eating after canceling our order because we no longer felt comfortable or welcomed. I hope management takes customer service more seriously and works to ensure all guests are treated with respect and professionalism.
