  The place was great, food was good, Sam was very nice making sure all was good, drinks were good. Thank you had a wonderful birthday. The manager Jay and staff were very nice with the best wishes to me.

  I decided to give this restaurant a second chance and went to dinner with my family. Unfortunately, it was by far the worst Outback Steakhouse experience I’ve ever had. We each ordered different steaks, and every steak was tough and extremely difficult to cut. The quality of the meat was very disappointing. I reported the issue to our waiter, who was great and handled the situation professionally. He escalated the matter to the manager, but unfortunately, her attitude was dismissive and unpleasant. Customer service and food quality matter, especially when you have strong competition right across the street. After this experience, I won’t be dining at this location again.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outback is truly the bomb! After moving from New York about six years ago, I really appreciate finding places with excellent service—and this restaurant exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, Amara and Lexi greeted me with such warmth that I immediately felt like family. They were patient, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything. My server, Walker, was absolutely amazing. He made me feel comfortable, explained the menu, and treated me like family. The manager, Nick, was also wonderful and made the experience even better. The restaurant was clean, the tables and floors were spotless, and everyone was kind and welcoming. Thank you for such an amazing experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Please never change. I will definitely be back!

  Today we visited Outback Steakhouse in Davenport around 1:30 p.m. for lunch after our children’s baseball tournament, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The service and the way we were treated felt extremely unprofessional. We were given the check before we even asked for it, which made us feel as though the staff wanted us to leave as quickly as possible. In addition, the way some of the staff reacted toward and treated the children in our group was unnecessarily negative. We understand that we were a family group with children coming from a baseball tournament, but that should never be a reason to make customers feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. We expected a family-friendly environment and respectful service, especially from a restaurant like Outback. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I hope management reviews how our table was handled so other families do not have the same experience.

  Came here for a meal last night with my partner was a 10/10 experience Greeted at the door as soon as we walked in and shown to our table we requested a booth to sit in and it was no issue Server was really good sorry didn’t catch his name. Friendly and chatty when we arrived asked us if we had any questions about the menu before ordering. He gave the perfect amount of attention and not over bearing when I had nearly finished my first drink he brought me over a fresh one without us even asking for another We ordered 2 steaks both ribeyes and was both cooked to perfection we had tried another Outback close by which we enjoyed but this experience definitely topped that Will be definitely back before our trip is over
