Food was good but employee name Michelle. Was extremely rude and disrespectful. She refused to get me a refill. When I just bought 3 meals . It was a very disappointing experience. Probably won't come here again

This location needs some serious management help… Unfortunately, the bodies were there to work but the food and drinks were not… Drinks were sitting behind the counter for 30-45 min, never been handed out. Food was not coming out for over an hour.. I wish I was joking. The food line changed to the refund line. Everyone in the refund line had waited for an hour before they decided to call it quits. We also decided to call it quits after an hour as well. The manager on tonight has been yelling on and off to staff but with no results. The staff is all young and moving but there is no clear distinction as to what exactly anyone is doing.. Not manager or staff speaks to people as far as to take orders at the counter, run orders out to curbside, or even acknowledge anyone at food delivery window inside. It was a crazy experience and one I’ve never had before and hope to not have again. Update: just as we were going for our refund, our food was ready. Exactly 1 hour. 7:12pm-8:12pm. McDonald’s I hope you see this and are able to bring in the help and direction that this location seriously needs.

Terrible quality food, even worse customer service. Food order was missing things, when i went to correct this the store manager and employee had an all out fight. Customer behind waited 25 min for a bag of small fries. After waiting for 20 minutes I left without my food. Avoid this place like the plague.

I ordered a meal on the way home from work. A quarter pounder with only cheese. Some people would be over joked getting a double quarter. This sandwich was BEYOND greasy. Fries were old and cold. Very disappointed in this location. Be a while before I attempt to order from here again.

This Macdonalds was the highlight of my sons holiday! As the 3 times we went there we had the best amd freshest food we have ever had from a Macdonalds! Every ingredient was fresh (onions, burger, bun) and my son devoured it in record time! Thanks guys, that was the BEST Macdonalds experience i have ever had!
