  Avoid this McDonald’s! The payment process at the drive-thru was a complete mess, the cashier mishandled a simple split payment and messed up my order, leaving off parts of my meal. When I brought the receipt to the pickup window, the manager, Barkiyh, was completely unhelpful, aggressive, and rude. Instead of fixing their staff's error at the window, she demanded I drive all the way around and wait in line again to re-order. Customers shouldn't have to waste time re-waiting in line because of staff mistakes. Management desperately needs customer service training.

  This was my first time trying out this McDonald’s because it’s literally a few minutes away from my home .I figured I try this new McDonald’s never again I rather drive few minutes away and pick up fresh food at the McDonald’s by reunion Wilson rd.! Our burger, chicken and chicken strip tasted old and was burnt!! We complained to the manager on duty , she left and came back trying to tell us food was fresh but that the oil was dirty and they were going to change it next day like REALLY!! I told her I’m sorry I don’t want that and get sick 😡😡What nerve she gave me a refund for my chicken and the chicken strip ! You would think she give me an entire refund and on Top that I order a strawberry drink and asked if I can have a refill and she literally said no only coke product!! Like REALY horrible customer service you would think for the inconvenience she would had gave it to me free!! Watch out eating horrible food from here and dirty oil if you don’t wanna get sick !! Never again 😡😡😡

  Went to eat here and the food looked and tasted old. I told the manager about it, and she even said, “Oh yeah, it looks burnt.” She took the food back, then returned and told me it was fresh, but the oil was old and they were planning to change it tomorrow. Are you kidding me? If you already know the oil is old, why are you still cooking food in it and serving it to customers? Why not change it immediately? The food tasted terrible, and the whole experience was disgusting. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. I usually go to the McDonald’s on Old Lake Wilson Road across from Anytime Fitness, and the food there has always tasted fresh. We only tried this location because the traffic near the other one can get bad. Very disappointing experience.

  Absolutely horrible experience. How is it possible that I placed an order at 3:46 AM, when the breakfast menu supposedly doesn’t start until 5:00 AM, only for the poor delivery driver to drive all the way to the restaurant and then be told that my order could not be made because they were already doing breakfast? What makes this even more ridiculous is that my roommate placed an order around the same time and received their food with no issues whatsoever. So clearly, the restaurant was capable of fulfilling orders, but somehow mine was the one they decided not to make. This was incredibly unprofessional and a complete waste of the delivery driver’s time. If the restaurant was switching to the breakfast menu early, the ordering system should NOT have allowed me to place an order in the first place. Don’t accept orders that you have no intention of fulfilling. Very disappointing experience, and honestly, completely unacceptable.

  Repeat customer with good experiences until Sunday morning. It's a 24 hour location. I mobile ordered food at 0445am on August 9th, walked out my door at 0552 and arrived at the store shortly after. (.9 miles) I was meeting students at 0630 and was ten minutes early. Gave my order number, was told to pull up and waited, and waited, and waited. Now I'm ten minutes late. I go inside to learn the crew was waiting for food. Sorry, unacceptable at a 24 hour location. What's the benefit to customers of mobile ordering at a 24 hour location if nothing is ready? I finally got my food at 0514am. Do better.
