- OYOli YeeMay 10, 20261.0Been to this mcdonalds a few times, and the few times of those I've managed to receive my food, it has been that casual yet reliable late-night fast food. However more than once, with no real warning, the restaurant closes early (despite being advertised as a 24 hour McDonald's) for "technology updates". However, it still lets you place mobile orders until you're rudely surprised at the drive thru that the location is "closed" but staffed to let people know that the location is closed and not accepting orders. It has happened at least twice and thats twice too many in my opinion. It is frustrating to consistently be met with this issue. This is something that needs to be fixed before I change my review back to a classic 3.5 or above. Mobile order should not let you place it if the location needs to temporarily close or close early for any reason.

I ordered a Big Arch for my wife and received a completely unacceptable sandwich: stale, crumbling bun, no cheese and no sauce. I also ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe, which was just as bad. To make things worse, I was told they didn’t have lettuce available, which is unbelievable for a place like this. End result: I couldn’t eat anything — it all went straight to the trash. Extremely disappointing. I do not recommend.
