The remake was even worst. Full of salt. They were not meant for human consumption. I was told the manager wasnt available. Only to call back and ask for the lead Christopher to provide the corporate number. Then Sue magically appeared without a solution. Only thing she did was apologize and not correct the poorly prepared option. As the lead they follow by example. What example are you setting for your team Sue? Can't be a good one. You teaching them to lie to customers as you are not there and then give them the notion that poorly prepared food at outrageous prices are okay. Definitely will follow the chain of command.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
