  Outside of NY quite possibly the best bagels except for Bagel Babe in St. Petersburg's warehouse arts district.

  So looking forward to having Einstein Bagels again. This is not same product. Understand bought up by private equity & now part of Panera. Ugh. Doesnt taste like authentic bagel. Like bread & not puffed up. There were only 2 if us in line & she forgot to give me 2 hash browns. Sadly seems like another franchise ruined by big corporations. All profit, less quality.

  Such an amazing bagel experience! From the moment we walked in, everything was welcoming, clean, and inviting. The bagels were incredibly fresh (literally I had to wait an extra couple minutes to get my everything bagel fresh from the oven) perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and the variety of flavors and spreads was impressive. Every bite was delicious! What truly made our visit stand out, though was Mark the owner and his crew Vaniti and Martha. He is absolutely incredible so friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about his customers. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does. It’s rare to find that level of service these days. We’ll definitely be coming back! I got the Hot Honey Nova Lox and My Mom got the Avocado Veg out. Super yummy!

  went in on wednesday morning, the woman who was tending to drinks and cashiering was ignoring the front. during my stay, i noticed a line accumulating despite the factor they were not busy. not to mention, i raise concerns as to how the temperature of the drinks are being kept as the drink station had three jugs there that were out for the entirety of my stay. i was there for about 30 minutes.

  Don't get me wrong, the bagels are great. But this is the 3rd time we have ordered a dozen bagels sliced, and they were not sliced! We usually by these bagels to feed staff, but we do not have a bread knife to cut the bagels, only plastic knives for spread. This has been such a hassle and inconvenience, we will no longer be going to Einstein bagels, as there staff is not trained well enough to read a simple order.
