  I just went through the drive-thru and the sweetest girl who took my order noticed I was upset and when I pulled up to the window everyone there was the kindest, most generous souls. They made my entire day and deserve all the praise! Life has been not easy recently and it’s little things like this that truly make or break a person. I just wanted to say thank you and how I appreciate it more than anyone knows! I didn’t get anyone’s name who was working unfortunately but I was there around 1:30pm 5/17 and I hope those team members will get the recognition they deserve <3

  I cannot tell you how good your team makes me feel when I pull in. They’re always excited to see me. There’s a giant smile on their faces and I appreciate it. My favorite is Kalen (apologies for any misspelling).She literally jumps for joy when she sees my car and she processes my order before I even get in line the whole team treats me well, but Kalen just goes a little extra EVERY time. My only drawback would be the size of the space allotted to this business. It’s so popular and hectic sometimes that it’s difficult to get in and out. It’s never stopped me and I bring the whole family and when we leave, we’re all happy. Thank-you for the ChampionsGate team.

  Huge shoutout to the amazing team at Dutch Bros ☕️💙 Every single person was so kind, upbeat, and welcoming! You can truly feel the positive energy and teamwork the moment you pull up. The management and leadership are doing such an incredible job creating such a fun and encouraging environment. I love that they always seem to notice I love pink and give me a pink straw— it’s the little things! I especially loved meeting Micah and some of the other leaders when I was at my own workplace — they were absolutely awesome, genuine, hardworking, and full of joy! It’s so refreshing to see people who lead with kindness and positivity. Thank you all for making my days brighter ✨ Definitely one of the happiest experiences ever!

  $1.50 for light ice?? Really? I feel this is something they should advise the customer about. Let them know the reason and give them the option to take the drink as it would come without the extra ice. Don't just slap on a charge to cover up the fact that the drink will look like it's not a true medium. I was giving them a try. This was enough to let me know I don't need to give them a second one.
