- LPLucy PerezMay 4, 20265.0I had a wonderful experience at Dunkin. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently even during the busy rush. My order was prepared quickly and exactly how I requested it. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable atmosphere. You can tell the team takes pride in providing great customer service. Omar and Tavon definitely went above and beyond. Definitely a location I’ll continue to return to and recommend to others!

Each time we stop by, we are waiting at the drive thru speaker for 10+ minutes with no response. More importantly, when did it become acceptable for Dunkin to have their drive thru workers hold the entire credit card machine out the window, making you reach to enter your card and then asking for a TIP? Are you serious? Has tipping culture gotten to the desperate point where we're now being asked to tip the person for taking our order? After making us sit for 10 minutes? And when WE swipe OUR OWN card? Not to mention, she got 3 of our 4 items completely wrong that needed to be fixed at the next window. Absolutely ridiculous. This Dunkin location needs to get it together again otherwise I don't mind driving the extra 5 minutes to Starbucks.

It happens consistently that there is not enough staff or that they are slow and therefore make many people late for work. This is fast food. It should be fast.
