- VMVivi MJul 28, 20261.0I visited the Dunkin' Donuts in Davenport, FL and ordered a large Iced Cloud Latte through the drive-thru. There was no line, so I expected a quick and friendly experience. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The employee handed me my coffee without any napkins or even a carrier/bag. When I politely asked for napkins, she gave me a very unpleasant look instead of responding professionally. Small gestures like providing napkins and treating customers with courtesy make a big difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving customer service. A friendly attitude is just as important as serving a good cup of coffee.
