I needed an extra cup just to hold it since the coffee was super hot. There was a latter between the door the counter. Not sure if the AC was out because the store was also very hot. It felt like I was standing outside.

I've been getting this iced coffee for a few years now so I do know how my coffe will look in color and in how it taste. But the inconvenience I consistently been having is my last straw. Ive experessed this to the manager numerous times but nothing seems to be changing. I walk in and its the same team member on starion. If this person isn't providing the requirements of his job, what is the solution? I as a customer need to travel further so my order is made correctly? I have to walk inside and make sure my order is going to be made correctly by a different team member? all inconvenience for myself.
