When asked if I wanted whipped cream I replied on the side please. Once I reached the window the woman took it upon herself to decide my side cream was for my dog and charge me for a pup cup which I did not receive either way. So no whipped cream for my coffee and extra charges... thanks to the girl at the window for your excellent manager skills smh.
