  Cada vez que vengo a este Dunkin'🍩 tengo la suerte que Zoe me atienda, lo cual me hace feliz porque es muy simpática, atenta y siempre que voy con mi 🐶, le regala un poquito de crema batida (que a el le encanta!). La comida en este lugar es bastante mejor que en la mayoria de los otros locales de la cadena y siempre preparan mi orden como debe ser y con buen sabor, lo cual agradezco mucho. Dunkin'.

  I order the same drink from Dunkin’ every day, so I know how it should look and taste. Today I ordered two iced caramel coffees with almond milk, and one came out much darker and tasted like water. The drinks were also handed to me leaking all over the employee’s hands. When I asked about the difference, the employee admitted she probably made them differently, but then argued with me and blamed the almond milk instead of fixing it. Another employee kindly remade the drink with no issue, but the first employee kept going back and forth instead of apologizing or taking accountability. A simple remake turned into unnecessary attitude. The second employee was great, but the first made the experience frustrating.

  Kiana (I believe thats how you spell her name) was the kindest most helpful person!! She was extremely sweet and welcoming. White glove service!!

  You have GOT TO BE KIDDING ME?! Who is the manager ? May 13th at 4:20 pm 2026? How dare you let some childlike person on the drive through mic? Mocking customers, rude,unprofessional, and impatient. Whoever was working the drive-through today needs to be fired immediately she does not know anything about life and needs a rude awakening. We will not be returning to this location again. We are here almost every other day. That was ridiculous.

  Placed an order through the app at 9:10pm to pick up inside. Go inside and there’s a girl sitting down on her phone with the other one is working. They tell me the lobby is closed, so I asked why the app let me place it for in store pick up. Her response was “I don’t control the app” instead of offering to make my 2 coffees. One of the girls the proceeded to lock the doors. I’ve now been sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes for 2 coffees that should’ve been handed directly to me for the inconvenience of your online ordering system. Its people like this that make it hard for other people who work in food and beverage. I got my order at 9:36pm Coffees were good, just bad customer service and long wait times. Dunkin- Do better.
