What’s even more frustrating is that the restaurant is only about 7 minutes away from my location, so there is no reason for a delivery to take this long. The estimated delivery time kept changing, and customer support did nothing but give generic responses telling me to keep waiting. No real solution was offered, and no one seemed concerned about how long I had already been waiting. Waiting nearly two hours for food from a restaurant that’s only minutes away is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and a waste of my time. Based on how this situation was handled, I will not be ordering from DoorDash again. Do better.
