They were clearly out of chicken and I was buying 2 bowls. She said I’d have to wait. I asked that if I had to wait for more chicken to be made that I’d rather her just give me some carnitas so I can go about my way. She audibly sighed, rolled her eyes and went to the side back area to get chicken. I was able to see her serve it. Then I had asked the person at the cashier to help me locate the reward for free chips and guacamole that they have visibly posted at the food line. She didn’t know how to. She did not care to show me how. She did not care to even just hand me the guacamole and chips. There was zero interest in her wanting to help in any capacity and she couldn’t even pretend to care. So I said well, I certainly don’t know how to find the reward since I don’t work at Chipotle and asked her to find a manager that knew how to help me access the reward. She brought a manager. The manager helped me locate how to do so on the website. That was it. I understand that the workforce is currently very challenging at finding workers, training them, providing feedback to improve, and all that. I always tip even at places like Chipotle. However, I could never tip for that blatant disregard directly towards me and my family. It’s unacceptable. They have no business working in a service industry. It would be better to keep their mug faces in retail or behind a computer screen, away from direct client contact. If you read my other reviews, you will see that I’m not a bitter Karen. I frequently post reviews for exceptional and stand out service. This place, it’s not it.
