  I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at the drive-thru. When I arrived to pick up my order, I explained to the young lady at the window that I had redeemed points for a drink, but for some reason the drink had disappeared from my order. She checked and said it wasn’t showing on her end either, which I completely understood. What I did not understand or appreciate was her rolling her eyes at me before asking, with an obvious attitude, what I wanted to drink. I understand that everyone has bad days, and I wasn’t blaming her for an issue with the app or expecting her to magically fix it. I was simply explaining what happened. There was absolutely no reason for the eye-rolling or dismissive attitude over something so minor. Customer service is part of the job, and making a customer feel like they’re an inconvenience for simply asking about something they legitimately redeemed with their points is incredibly unprofessional. A simple “No problem, what would you like to drink?” would have taken the exact same amount of effort without the unnecessary attitude. I hope management addresses this, because customers shouldn’t have to wonder what kind of mood an employee is in before asking a perfectly reasonable question.

  Bad customer service, wont redeem a code because they closed the transaction even after they were told to wait and simple said “there is nothing i can do, use it another day”

  Extremely skimpy on the portions! I ordered Beef Barbacoa today and got a ridiculously small amount of meat. Overall, the portions here are barely 2/3 of what you get at the I-4 and US-27 location. Definitely not coming back to this spot.

  Instead of the two managers helping the only girl on the line, They decided to stand in the kitchen, talking and staring at a tablet together. Meanwhile, the line is growing, and the girl is obviously feeling stressed out. She keeps apologizing that it’s taking so long and her managers are just standing behind her, not helping whatsoever. Then I go to grab a fork before I leave and one of the employees is literally sitting on top of the counter where the soda machine is filling up the products. Why do you need to sit on the counter to do that? Why does an employee think that I wanna grab products from a counter where her butt was just touching? I have never had a bad experience at this chipotle until today and the manager’s not helping was so disgusting to me as someone who has worked in restaurants before if your staff is busy you help you don’t just stand there and stare.
