  Opened my food to find the guacamole I paid extra for was hard and frozen and completely inedible. No way to even get my money back

  The food is good, but it’s chipotle so I expected to be good at every location. The employees are friendly. My only real issue with this location is that they like to tell you how they prefer you get your food which is an issue because I’m not trying to sit explain to an adult that the reason I’m here is to get it built the way I’m asking. Not “the way we prefer you do it”. What do you even say to that lol no thank you? Then they treat you like you’re a jerk

  I was not pleased with my most recent visit. I have been to other chipotle locations and even this location in the past since I live right down the road. I’ve ordered my child a meal and have always gotten a side of corn or sauce and haven’t been charged. Today I was rung up and noticed a higher dollar amount than I’m used to. When I asked the lady whom was training a guy, she said they charged for the extra sides and I asked for there names since they weren’t wearing name badges and she said they didn’t have to give that information with a sassy attitude. I thought that was odd especially being that this is a business & it’s very unprofessional! I saw they had cards for general manager and field leader so I grabbed them and asked if there was a manager on duty & the lady behind them who’s name is Leishlanis approached. I asked why they don’t say their name or have name badges and she said it’s company policy. She said they did their job correctly as far as the charge goes. I can appreciate if there job was done correctly as far as ringing me up and if I was supposed to pay for something then so be it. It needs to be something that is done all the time and not certain times so there is consistency and not confusion there! Also the whole name thing is odd but hey if it’s policy then it’s policy. Although I didn’t appreciate the way the message was relayed with a snarky tone from both the manager and the girl who was training. Also it was laughed about when I walked away or at least when they thought I did; I heard there conversations! So professionalism lacks at this location and should be addressed. Also all company rules should be enforced for pricing at all times! According to corporate they should be wearing name badges.

  Literally the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. There’s never a time I’m 100% satisfied with spending my money here. This most recent time, however, was my last time here. I walk in and ask for a steak burrito, they tell me it’ll be 15 minutes on it. I wait almost 20 minutes at this point just for them to say “it’ll be another 10 minutes”. They’ve got 2 full pans of chicken already cut and they’re still cutting chicken while the steak is cooked and sitting next to the chicken while their line has 0 steak in it. So now I’m just mad but I’m not trying to cause problems. They then say “or we could grab you steak from the other station”. So I’ve waited 25-30 minutes at this point for steak and I wanted that fresh steak, not the one that’s been on the other station for who knows how long. But I’m annoyed and starving so I just accept the other steak that could’ve been a solution 30 minutes ago. So I start eating this burrito about 5 minutes after it was made as I live close by and guess what? The steak is dry, flavorless and had 2 chunks of straight up inedible gristle in it. One of the guys on the line could tell I was frustrated and wrote “C” on my burrito so I could at least save a few bucks but the team lead/manager (who was there for this entire situation) went through the process of canceling that and charging me the full amount for the steak instead. I don’t mind paying but that was just petty lmao. No solution was offered, no apology, not even a shred of accountability for the absolute waste of my time. Not to mention all the other times I’ve been disappointed by the service here. I wish I had some positive things to say but I just don’t. Choose a different location, I’m pretty sure any other one is better than this one tbh.
