I’ll go during a weekday and everything is fine, I went tonight and the drive thru girl was focused on lining up chip bags and didn’t acknowledge the drive thru line she was working. I went in and requested a refund, everyone is in a daze at this location

It's much cleaner, and the employees didn't seem to be annoyed to make our food. It's still perplexing that zero locations can agree on the amount of protein to put on a regular bowl order, or heaven forbid we order double protein. Why is it so difficult? Especially if I'm PAYING for double protein but they can't seem to actually put DOUBLE THE AMOUNT. Why?
- CLCharles LoCascioJun 4, 20261.0DO NOT COME HERE! THIS CHIPOTLE IS HORRIBLE! They constantly ring up items wrong. There will be no one in the store and it takes forever to pick up an order. They literally would rather sitting there and eat Panda Express then help customers. The tall guy on the grill is horrible as well as the Spanish girl making to gos. If you order a mobile order just know you will get the smallest portions. If you come after 10pm (they are open until midnight) the rice is hard and the proteins look gross. They scanned my rewards for a free guacamole and they took the points off my app but still charged me for the guacamole. When I asked the cashier she just responded “it no work today”. If chipotle was smart they would FIRE the whole staff including the managers and start over. If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would.
