- GHGreg HatwigAug 13, 20263.0Order on Saturday. Ended up with the best Chipotle burrito I have every have. Overstuffed and toppings mixed perfectly. Ordered again today and got a terrible burrito. Probably correct proportions, little lite on the double steak but that doesn't surprise me. The toppings were layered! Who does that! Started with nothing but corn, then rice/slasa, then steak, then fajita mix. I dont expect that perfectly crafted, overstuffed burrito everytime but a layered burrito is crime! I would order more often if I got a consistent product not a crap shoot on if its going to be the best or the worst burrito I could get. The person working on Saturday August 8th deserves a promotion. The person working on Thursday August 13th should go through better training, or find somewhere not in the food industry to work. Dates are in there for the managers if they read.

I appreciate the great team members like Santiago! Who noticed my drink was flat and replaced it! That doesn't happen often at places, so that was a great catch! Rock on Santiago! I hope to see you again!

- SKSam KaraAug 8, 20261.0If you’re friends with the employees, you’ll usually get a good amount of protein. But if you don’t know anyone there, they seem to give you the smallest amount possible. Yesterday I ordered three bowls. One was fine, but the other two had only 2–3 pieces of meat and were about 80% rice. That’s probably why Chipotle’s stock keeps going down, and it’ll likely continue if they keep treating new customers this way. People aren’t going to come back if this is the experience they get.
