- KKKittyMay 1, 20263.0as a chick-fil-a self proclaimed connoisseur, this location is honestly very 50/50. during the day, the orders always go super smoothly. it is very rare for something to go wrong. however, during the night, it is not so lucky. just last night, my partner and i ordered food and i had requested a coke zero with no ice. instead, i was given a dr. pepper. i ended up giving my partner my drink and having to drink water instead as i only drink zero sugar or diet sodas.

The brought our food and no fries. So I asked the lady and she said they didn't charge, and put the macaroni as a substitute. She told us that we would have to wait in line and order. Mind you that is was 11:44 pm and tbe line was long, so that meant her sandwich would get cold. I called the girl back over to the table and asked if she could rake our payment at the table. She did but what a inconvenience. I just expected better service and not treated like it was her fault, when clearly it was the cashier.
