  Very slow service Pita chips are always out, they never have enough and every time I try to get one order they never have them. Also, employees are super slow, even with 20 people in line, they be walking around like there is one or two people. I believe they are getting paid the lowest and they don’t want to perform the way they should. No ice on the drinks contain, no juice either

  I was in there for the first time Friday with my daughter around 11am. The store was clean and our food was fresh and delicious. The employees were very organized and had smiling faces greeting the customers. I got to meet the manager Melissa and I was very satisfied with my experience at Cava. I will recommend this place to everyone I know not only is the food fire 🔥 the service and atmosphere made is spectacular. I will be back.

  I usually love Cava, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. I stood in a long line for over 25 minutes, only to finally reach the counter and be told they were completely out of black grains. Running out of a basic menu staple is bad enough during lunch, but what made it worse was how the staff handled it. They seemed entirely overwhelmed, had no clear system for informing customers waiting in line, and honestly didn't seem to know how to manage the situation at all. Waiting nearly half an hour just to leave empty-handed because of poor communication and restocking is a major letdown. Hoping management addresses the staffing and inventory issues here soon.

  Walked in and waited in a long line which we definitely expected. So that in itself wasn't a problem. However, there was an employee (possibly a manager because she was one of the only people wearing a black polo not a navy shirt. I believe the name was Melissa) who had her gloves on and shoved a pita into her mouth while she was walking down to the fryer side. Normally I wouldn't care if I saw an employee eating but what really aggravated my party was that SHE DID NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES!!!! To make matters worse she then started touching other people's food and the whole situation was completely unsanitary and very unprofessional. She did this in front of everyone. My party comes from years of food and beverage but this in itself was completely unacceptable. While we were eating our food this employee wound up going on her lunch break a few minutes after we watched her do this. I would never want the wrong employee to get spoken to for something they didnt do. This female was a little smaller possibly Hispanic and had a septum piercing. For this place being brand new I can only imagine what is going to happen a few months from now.

  I walked into CAVA after seeing The Odyssey and found myself craving something worthy of the ancient Greeks. I knew absolutely nothing about the menu, but fortunately the gods smiled upon me in the form of Jon. Like a patient guide leading a weary traveler home to Ithaca, Jon walked me through every option with genuine enthusiasm. He explained the ingredients, made recommendations based on what I liked, and somehow turned what could have been an overwhelming ordering experience into an adventure. Every suggestion was spot-on. If Homer had written about fast-casual restaurants, Jon would have earned an entire canto. His knowledge of the menu rivaled Athena’s wisdom, his patience surpassed Penelope’s, and his hospitality would have made the Phaeacians jealous. By the time I was ready to pay, I wasn’t just buying lunch! I was completing a heroic quest for the perfect harissa chips and dips. The food was fantastic, but Jon is the reason I’ll be back. Every restaurant hopes to have employees who are friendly. Jon goes beyond that: He makes first-time customers feel like honored guests. CAVA, you’ve got a good one. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
