  I ordered my sauce on the side, not did they not put the sauce on the side, they drowned the bowl with the sauce. It’s hard to feel like this wasn’t intentional. 2 stars for benefit of the doubt. I did place my order during a rush. But damn. Smh. I was disappointed. I can’t say this would’ve happened had I gone inside to stand in line… so why not keep that same integrity?

  I absolutely loved the experience I have no complains all the workers were extremely welcoming especially Brian he made sure everything was going well and that I was completely satisfied he’s extremely kind and attentive towards his costumers while I saw him rushing making sure everything was going well in the back as well I am definitely coming back as I have never received such good service and the food was delicious

  I have done 5 different mobile orders. The average wait for these 5 trips has been 45 minutes. This is not a fast food place. Do not come here if you are in a rush, as they don't even offer to cancel orders online. Currently waiting for my refund after waiting 40 minutes and for the first time had to leave the place without my food. Mobile ordering is useless here so far. Food is great once you get it, so just order an hour ahead and you might have a better experience.

  First time ever at a cava as I am waiting on line to order I was watching the videos playing the juicy looking glazed salmon and the steak made me want order it so I did I ask for the glazed salmon and steak the server said it would be an up charge I said fine as I have never been to a cava and that video truly made me want to order it I choose the grains the sauce and off I go to the end and made my payment took it to go home. I get home opened it up took a bite of the steak and it was just fat I spit it out tried another piece of steak it was very dry and I had to chew so much it was like leather I gave up on the steak so I set myself to try the salmon it was so over cooked it was black it burnt tasting I gave up a little over $30 if I was to say one good thing it would be the pita chips I ate all of those and that is all I ate I was still hungry I will NEVER go to any CAVA EVER AGAIN extremely Disappointed! I hope management reads this because if you do have individual that like your food please don’t disappoint them with over cooked food!!!

  This spot always pops off for us! We are here atleast 3 times a week. Ya boy had to get the usual harissa avocado bowl and boy was it delicious! This time hit different though! Rei immediately greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and gave us fast/high level service even getting us the most fresh of fresh ingredients! She also had the biggest smile on her face which is something new and fresh to see on the fast dining scene. Almost at the end of topping off the bowls Q came over and shared some friendly jokes and a laugh with us. Really cool to see when a manager goes above and beyond and loves what they do. Most importantly it’s great to see such a positive interaction between customer and employee. If you get the chance to stop in make sure you ask for both of them. It will truly make your day and your experience that much better! Till next time! Nick
