  The white lady order me bad customer service rude she was short with glasses white lady I ask her about the honey she said that’s what u want it right in rude way never let her order me again but the other employees very nice and polite but that white lady with glasses bad customer service everything else is fine good I still love bojangles yall the best

  This was a pretty good location. Food was great, but the tables were all messy. They did not have biscuits ready either. But the chicken was excellent.

  I ordered my meal online. When I arrived, they had not started on making it yet, while the restaurant was very low with customers at the time. That being the only negative in my experience, the cashier was friendly, and the food was good.

  I have never walked into a Bojangles before. The experience i had here just picking up a Doordash order(which mind you the food isn't for me I am working) I will never give this place a chance. The atmosphere was shit. The employees are all rude. They all look dirty and they were all moving in slow motion. The only person moving fast and seemed sober was their cashier up front. This place should be investigated because omg my experience was so horrible. I waited over 25 minutes for the order And the restaurant was empty.

  Whenever I Pick up from this location for DoorDash they take a while to answer the speaker and also to prepare the order. The order is never ready. You always have to sit in one of the drive-through parking spots so they could begin making the order. Whenever waiting for an order it never fails to sit less than 15 minutes in one of the spots. Whenever these two guys work together, they both do a sloppy job. I’ve caught them two several times where the outdoor trash cans are stored back there smoking together or doing Lord knows what together. And now tonight I come to the restaurant to pick up a DoorDash order and waited at the speaker for five minutes and finally moved onto the window and proceeded to wait for another five minutes and no answer called DoorDash and informed them of the situation and they also called the restaurant and no answer since they didn’t answer the phone. DoorDash canceled the order so I was able to move onto the next order. I know, for a fact, they both were smoking weed because a few weeks ago when I caught them both in the trash area, both of them came to the window after entering the building together, and their eyes were bloodshot red. I have included a picture of both of the vehicles so you guys would know whenever you see these vehicles just know that the service would be terrible. One is a black GMC terrain and the other one is a Kia I believe red. Terrible service all the way around I wish I could give them no stars. for this bad service that store shouldn’t have even opened and stayed a vacant lot or just simply a different restaurant altogether because right now it’s a waste of space.
