    Food was good blooming petals great, ordered my burger med it was overdone, I didn't say anything because I didn't want to send it back and the steak in my daughter's pasta was a fatty cut. Pretty good overall and our server Keith I believe his name was, he was very good he had several tables and was very attentive

    I placed a pickup order through DoorDash, but because my schedule’s changed, I canceled since I could not go pick up. I spoke to a manager twice, and was told that they had to wait for DoorDash to cancel. After chatting with DoorDash to cancel the order, their response was they would “looks into it”. They said the restaurant showed order as completed, even after I spoke to them twice. Don’t know or it’s the restaurant out DoorDash, but I will not be visiting here again or using DoorDash again

    Came here for dinner with a group of 5 on a Friday evening. They were super accommodating with our requests so we thank them for that. The service was really slow and they got our order wrong. Food portion sizes were quite small and the food was super salty. I guess that’s what you get for the price and I’d say it was quite mediocre.

    We always make a point to stop in at Outback whenever in Florida. It never disappoints with its vast menu. The boomerang cheese sticks were awesome and the salad always hits. The ribs were so-so. Overall happy and will return next year.

    I don’t even know where to begin with how unacceptable this experience was. I placed a catering order from this Outback location on Easter Sunday (4/5) around 2pm for a 6:15pm pickup. I had just given birth on 3/26, so we were keeping things simple and ordering in. My husband picked up the food right on time and was back home within 10 minutes. The food was ICE cold. Not slightly cooled from travel — completely cold, as if it had been sitting for hours. The filets were ordered medium and came out well done. We received a single portion salad for what was supposed to feed five people. And to top it off, they included one brownie with completely melted, liquid ice cream. For a $210 order. At that point, dinner was completely ruined. There was nothing salvageable. Even reheating wouldn’t have fixed overcooked steaks and missing portions. We ended up ordering pizza on Easter. Let that sink in. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with a woman who, while polite, tried to blame the issue on me by saying there was “confusion” because I placed the order in the morning — which is completely inaccurate, as the order was placed around 2pm. Regardless, she agreed to a full refund and told me it would hit my account the next day. Monday comes — no refund. I call again and speak to a man who could not have cared less. Zero urgency, zero accountability, and honestly just rude. He told me he’d handle it “when he could get to it” and that it would take another 1–2 business days. That level of indifference toward a $210 mistake is wild. If customer service is that much of a burden, this is probably not the right job. Now it’s Thursday. Still no refund. I called AGAIN, and this time was told that the “Proprietor” has to approve it — even though multiple people are clearly aware of the situation. So here we are, four days later, and nothing has been done. The food was a disaster. The customer service somehow even worse. And the fact that I’ve had to chase down a refund for nearly a week is beyond ridiculous. Do better. Seriously.
