  Requested LOUDY TWICE for mini ice creams and when the lady at the counter charged me, she charged me for small, which I clarified where Mini, she’s was like well “I’m sorry I didn’t listed, it’s only 0.50 cents more each, I told to ok, to remove the 0.50 cents since it was her mistake and it was only $1.00 she asked her “manager” and decided to throw the small ice creams to the trash and re do them as mini. Wasting more money than if they would have discounted the $1.00, or was the principle and taking ownership of her mistake, clearly they don’t know how to manage and it’s not their business so they don’t care, they rather upset customers for their own mistakes. I work in customer service you have to make it right for the customer and care of the company a well.

  Just a little FYI for fellow dog parents 🐾 Stopped at Häagen-Dazs, ordered ice cream, and asked for a small pup cup for my dog — literally just whipped cream in a cup — and was told I’d be charged $1.59 for it. 😅 Maybe it’s just me, but I thought that was kind of absurd considering I already purchased something and wasn’t adding anything to my own order. I’ve honestly never been charged for a tiny cup of whipped cream before. Not the end of the world, just something to know if you bring your pup along 🤍

  be very careful they overcharged us for 1cone, five minute larer they overcharged our friends for a water that was not ordered. all kinds of pretexts and they try to go as fast as they can so you won't notice. Employees would not acknowledge or just apologize if mistake. Very sketchy. Happy to discuss any thing publicly.

  I just left this ice cream shop feeling disappointed. I went in to buy a cone with two Rhum raisins scoops, which cost me $9.71. However, I received what looked like two half-scoops, and the cone wasn’t even full. At other places, the scoop sizes are much more generous for the price. Please take this into consideration and speak with the employees about portion consistency.

  My family and I had a wonderful service and delicious ice cream! Angelina was super sweet, patient, and knowledgeable when creating all of our ice creams for our family. I will be coming back!
