  There was a piece of plastic bag in my food. I can’t get them on the phone. Very frustrating. I’m trying to find a way to post a picture of it. Mistakes half of it it’s so frustrating not to be able to get someone on the phone to tell them about it

  Fui al local de Dania Beach, pedí una quesadilla con queso y las dos personas que se encontraban atendiendo solo se miran y se ríen porque"segun parece" no entendieron mi pedido, les enseñe la foto de lo que quería y lo único que hacen s soltar la carcajada me sirvieron lo que les pareció. Igual lo llevé porque es el almuerzo para mi hija. Prepararo una quesadilla y en un Bolt sirvieron frijol arroz Lechuga y le picaron en pedazos la quesadilla, que servicio TAN PESIMO

  Must’ve served chips from yesterday because they were some of the most stale I’ve ever had. One of the workers didn’t seem to understand anything we were asking for (not just us, people behind us as well). Took forever for people to get served. Not a place I’d recommend at all.

  There are a few employees that are nice and very caring but most of them are so rude, just don’t care, have an attitude and even answer the phone while on the line despite there being a whole line. A guest literally had to ask her to change her gloves before making his food after using her phone. It’s just basic human standards that are lacked here. Won’t come back to this location.

  Hello everyone—please avoid this abominable and disgusting place. The employees here charge you for guacamole that you never ordered. It’s only $3.31 (taxes included), but it is absolutely infuriating to be charged for something you never asked for. That is called stealing—here in the U.S., and in any other country. On top of that, they get angry when you ask them to open up the dish you actually ordered and demand: "Where is the guacamole you charged me for? Do you see it?" I won't drag this comment out any longer, but please make sure to check your receipts to ensure they are correct at this filthy establishment—a place absolutely riddled with negative reviews. Money doesn't grow on trees; at least for me, earning it takes a lot of sweat and sacrifice. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 hola a todos , por favor eviten este abominable y asqueroso lugar donde los empleados te cobran un guacamole que no ordenaste , solo son $ 3.31 dolares con taxes incluidos pero da soberbia que te lo cobren cuando nunca lo ordenaste , se llama robar aqui en usa y en cualquier pais , encima se enojan cuando le dices que abran el platillo que antes ordenaste y preguntes ( donde esta el guacamole que me cobraste ,..lo ves? ). No voy a ser mas intenso el comentario pero traten de revisar los recibos para ver si esta correcto en este asqueroso lugar lleno de comentarios negativos , no nos regalan el dinero al menos a mi me cuesta mucho sudor y sacrificio 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
