    Wery dirty restaurant. I don't like bad smells at all! I can't believe that company don't want to pay cleaners and only cleaners, not a person who do job in the kitchen because they working with a food. Why put cod on door for restroom, 5 numbers, are you serious? You can do better, mutch better, dont spend money on mayor things,it is nasty. Why food small like urine is my final question?

    Staff súper friendly. Some of the fresh toppings like lettuce and pico looked not as fresh. Chips were borderline stale and the agua fresca área needed to be resupplied, flavors seemed a bit watered down. Bowl was good.

    ROACHES! This place need a food inspector as soon as possible. Was sitting in one of the booths enjoying my lunch a roach was crawling around the table. If there’s one roach crawling around so friendly THERE ATE DEFINITELY MORE…Tables were dirty with food on the seats and on the floor. Never coming here again. GROSS

    I genuinely hate writing negative reviews because I know how hard this industry is. I’ve spent 15 years in hospitality, from a neighborhood pizza shop, to sports bars, to fine dining, and now as a beverage director and hospitality consultant. I know what it’s like to work long shifts, deal with difficult guests, and still choose to show up with professionalism. This experience wasn’t disappointing because someone forgot an ingredient or my portion was too small. I eat like a bird. My veggie bowl had four ingredients. That’s not the issue. The issue is that I left feeling worse than when I walked in. The entire interaction felt cold and lifeless. No greeting. No smile. No sense that anyone wanted to be there. Ingredients were thrown into the bowl with so little care that I genuinely lost my appetite before I even left the restaurant. It felt less like someone preparing food for another human being and more like someone completing a punishment. The employees didn’t strike me as lazy or rude. They struck me as defeated. That’s an important distinction. When nearly every person on a team carries themselves this way, it stops being an employee problem and starts becoming a leadership problem. Culture is contagious. So is burnout. If an entire crew looks emotionally checked out, leadership has either allowed that culture to exist or created it. The saddest part is that this isn’t unique to this location. It has become my experience at Chipotle as a whole. Every visit feels the same. Maybe there’s one employee trying to carry the weight of hospitality while everyone else looks exhausted, disengaged, and miserable. I used to love Chipotle. It genuinely had a special place in my heart. It felt energetic, welcoming, and fresh. Somewhere along the way, that disappeared. People don’t just come back because the food tastes good. They come back because of how a place makes them feel. Today, I walked in hungry and left feeling heavier than when I arrived. That’s a far bigger failure than getting an order wrong.

    This was one of the worst Chipotle deliveries I’ve received. The bowl arrived looking thrown together, with ingredients unevenly distributed and melted cheese covering everything in a large clump. It didn’t resemble the quality shown in-store or in the app. Very disappointing experience.
