  My experience with Pizza Hut was absolutely unacceptable and honestly shocking. The staff behavior was beyond unprofessional — it was outright disrespectful and aggressive. Instead of providing basic customer service, employees were rude, dismissive, and crossed all professional boundaries. They raised their voices, made personal comments, and even resorted to direct insults. This is completely unacceptable in any business. On top of that, they were not following proper payment procedures, which created confusion and delays. Even worse, I witnessed employees handling food in an aggressive and careless manner — literally grabbing items in a way that no customer or delivery driver should ever see. The way they treat both customers and delivery drivers is disgraceful. This location clearly has zero standards for professionalism or accountability. Management seriously needs to step in, because this is not just плохой сервис — this is a complete failure of basic respect and professionalism. Avoid this place.
