  Extremely rude service by Angelina, in drive thru. Went through drive thru and ordered 3 drinks and donut holes. When receiving the drinks, one of the drinks was iced instead of frozen. No big deal, we let the cashier know it should be frozen and received immediately attitude via facial expression. She shut the window, opened it back up and said "this is your drink, the frozen drink is on the order"and immediately shut the window. She was wrong so when she opened the window back up we told her again, it was wrong. She began to argue with us, then walked away from the window complaining to other members about how stressed she was. She returned to the window and told us to drive up. After waiting several minutes and noticing that there were no customers at the drive thru window, I went into the store to find Angelina at the drawer counting money rather than handling the order we were waiting for. Our drinks were ready and sitting on the counter. Then, after taking a sip, the remade drink doesn't taste right leaving me to believe this drink is tainted. I basically paid for a bad experience and bad service, because I cannot drink the coffee I paid for. This is not the first time i have had a bad experience at this location. I enjoy the coffee, but I think I will be going to Ellianos from now on.

  I ordered 2 chocolate sprinkled donuts and had them doordashed since I cannot drive. Very disappointed because the donuts were dry, not fully dipped, and didn't even have sprinkles. New level of lazy.
