  I think the chicharron de pollo is too expensive!!! when it should be no more than $12.50 valued no more!!! I spender $27.00 that’s too much!!!

  I’ve eaten here before and everything is great, but let me tell you the take out is just as delicious…!!! I just ordered the pan con bistec and it was the most amazing meal I’ve had in a while…. The steak was juicy and limey… It was the best…

  Went there for breakfast. No reason 3 empanadas should cost 18 dollars. When party cakes sells them for 2.50 each.

  I was a bit disappointed with my experience because the prices I was charged did not match the printed menu. The kids’ Pancake Breakfast is listed on the menu for $9.95, but I was charged $10.35. A kids’ fresh-squeezed orange juice cost $6.72, which seemed extremely expensive for the portion served. I also noticed other kids’ meals being charged significantly more than the prices shown on the menu, and one cheeseburger was charged an additional fee for cheese even though the menu specifically lists it as a cheeseburger. I understand the menu states that “prices are subject to change without notice.” However, I still believe customers should be informed when the price they are are being charged differs from the printed menu. It shouldn’t come as a surprise when you receive the bill. What concerned me the most happened when it was time to pay. The cashier told me my total, but it seemed higher than expected. When I asked where that amount came from, she went back to the payment screen, and I noticed the terminal was prompting me to leave an additional tip even though an 18% gratuity had already been added to my receipt. I had to ask for an explanation before paying because I would have unknowingly paid gratuity twice. I understand taxes and automatic gratuity when applicable, but the menu prices should match what customers are charged, and the payment process should clearly indicate when gratuity has already been included to avoid confusion. I recommend asking the staff to confirm the current price of each item before ordering, even if the menu shows a different price, and carefully comparing your receipt to the menu before paying to make sure everything matches. I have attached photos of the menu and my receipt so others can compare the advertised prices with what was actually charged.
