  Usually, I find Chipotle to be hit-or-miss with quality and portions, but this location is a total exception. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous. A huge shoutout to the staff — they are incredibly nice and made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

  I absolutely love this Chipotle. I go out of my way just to come here, and it’s always worth it. The food is consistently fresh, and made with so much care—what really makes this place special is the team. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. You can feel the positive energy the moment you walk in, This location sets the standard for what great service should feel like. I truly appreciate the effort and heart the staff puts into their work—it keeps me coming back every time. Thank you for always making my visits so rewarding—— And Thank you Austin for always being a pleasure!!!!

  Where do I even start. I walked in expecting my usual Chipotle bowl—nothing crazy, just the same thing I get everywhere else—but instead I was met with straight-up attitude and hostility for no reason. From the moment I ordered, it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. Then the portion… honestly ridiculous. My bowl was barely half of what I normally get at other locations. I’m paying the same price, so why am I getting shorted like this? It felt intentional, like they just didn’t care at all about consistency or customer experience. And to make it worse, the cleanliness was questionable. Workers handling food without proper hair coverings—especially no nets on beards—is just unsanitary and unacceptable. It makes you seriously question what’s going on behind the counter. Overall, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. Definitely not what you expect when you’re just trying to grab a simple meal.

  I had such a great experience at this location. I used to always go to the one in Cutler Bay, but honestly this one is wayyy better. The food was fresh, everything was well prepared, and the overall vibe was just nicer. Austin really stood out. His customer service was top notch from the moment I walked in. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he actually cares about the customers and takes pride in his work.
