  Went inside chipotle and spent $90 worth of food no greeting no smile. Only one person actually spoke, and everyone else in there were very rude. When I talk to them in English, they act like they don’t understand and they look at each other and they have to ask someone else for help. As this is the manager who was standing at the cash register with her hands folded. I’ve been to other chipotle’s, And they greeted you upon entering, but this one did not. I will not be going back to this chipotle again

  Service absolutely sucks and they’re super cheap with the servings. I always ask for a cup of water at chipotle because I don’t drink soda and today at this location the lady at the counter said “we don’t have cups for water only cups for soda would you like to buy a cup for soda”. I have never had that happen at any chipotle that was absolutely ridiculous.

  I eat at Chipotle at least 4 times a week, so I know exactly what a standard portion looks like. This was my first time at this location, and the portions were ridiculously small compared to what I usually receive for the same price. I ordered 3 bowls (2 chicken and 1 steak), and the portions were unacceptable. This is not an exaggeration—each bowl had only a few small pieces of protein, far below what Chipotle normally serves. When I politely asked for a little more, I was told I would be charged for double protein, even though the original portion was clearly insufficient. One of the bowls was even more concerning. The steak serving clearly came from the very bottom of the container, there was barely anything left. When I pointed it out and asked for a bit more (expecting them to correct it since the portion was obviously incomplete), I was told the same thing: that it would be charged as double protein. That response made no sense given how little was served. The same issue happened with the toppings. I asked for a bit more corn (which is usually not extra), and they added an almost negligible amount. The staff’s attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful, with no effort to improve the situation. I am a frequent customer of Chipotle Mexican Grill, and I know what standard portions and service should look like. This location is far below that standard. This isn’t about asking for extra—it’s about receiving a fair portion for what you pay. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses this issue. Basically if you want rice with veggies come.

  This place is absolute garbage. I’ve been coming here for a few years just because I like the food, but the management and the employees here and absolutely terrible. I can’t fathom how you can put together a group of such brainless individuals in one spot. Every few months or so there is a new manager and they usually all suck, but today I saw a new manager who is in a whole other ball game when it comes to being the worst person known to human kind. I can’t even say her name on here because as soon as I asked her name she disappeared into the back and I needed another employee to help me. It all started today when me and my friends came to get some bowls like we usually do, but a new face appeared and told ME ONLY ME that it was a $1.75 for extra rice and $1.75 for extra beans. Not my other friends tho that happened to go before me. Probably because they’re white and im not. Fast forward I told her I didn’t want the bowl because like I said I’ve been coming here for years without having to pay for extra beans or rice and even my friends before me didn’t so why me? Then I go and ask for a water cup, like I always do. Boom manager spawns back in and tells her employee that I can’t get a water cup and must be charged for a regular soda cup. MY FRIENDS BEFORE ME DIDNT GET CHARGED FOR THE WATER CUPS. After this I was obviously enraged with how money hungry and selfless this manager was that I started asking for her name, where she then disappeared into the back and didn’t come out the rest of the time I was there. None of the employees wanted to tell me her name either. Probably because they know to the extent I would go to over this disrespectful absolute trash of a manager. Ended up not getting my food and got my water cup because another employee there gave it to me.
