  The portions of chicken were ridiculously small, and they didn’t even have cheese. Then I asked to buy a Mexican Coke that was clearly displayed in the fridge, and the employee refused to sell it to me because they were “saving the last three for online orders” That’s ridiculoooous. Definitely not coming back to this location.

  Portion size, small, food taste lacking salt, rice under coocked and vinagrette was like runny water. It not good. Please go to the one in homestead Fl.

  The current manager there has to go immediately. I use to go here almost every week and every time I go it’s something new happening. The cashier screaming at the lady preparing the bowls because there’s a big line or them not have rice or chipotle chicken at certain times. This location is ran horribly hence the reason for the amount of one star reviews. I now only go to the one on old cutler road because of this reason. Replace the unfit manager at this location.

  Visited this Chipotle on 6/12 around 6 PM. The girl making my bowl seemed like she really didn't want to be there. She was rolling her eyes and giving off the impression that customers were bothering her just by placing an order. I get that everyone has bad days, but it made for an uncomfortable experience. The food was ok, portions were little but the customer service definitely could have been better.

  hello! can we stop normalizing advertising full bowls when you are truthfully incredibly stingy? they add little rice, and barely enough chicken. the food tastes great don’t get me wrong, but to pay 11 dollars when the workers can’t just be a little more generous? that’s unbelievable. also, the workers have a bit of an attitude?? maybe i’m reading too much into it but i asked for a water cup since i was extremely dehydrated (which they do in fact give out.. i don’t know why we’re feeling different today) and the cashier said no with undertones of an attitude. save urself money and go to the winn dixie across the street and make a bowl on your own, because this is ridiculous. the images attached show the difference between the cutler bay chipotle vs the coral gables chipotle. the only reason the cutler bay one looks somewhat big is because i asked for extra sour cream and cheese to compensate for their stinginess.
