Horrible customer service. It was absolutely ridiculous to be judged and treated disrespectfully for simply getting the food that I PAID for. The behavior of the staff was completely unacceptable, and the entire experience was extremely unpleasant. This team seriously needs to be held accountable for the way they treat customers. Absolutely disgusting experience.

The Hispanic manager with glasses is pretty rude. I get there to pick up an order and I wait to call it out and when I do, there was initially a name mix up. Throughout the situation, she seemed aggressive to her employees just trying to help me out and when I finally get my bag, she rudely dropped it off. I understand workers can have bad days but I just wanted my food and I was being nice the whole time. It almost made me regret tipping the store on my online order. Even if a little far away, I actually prefer the coconut grove location, they are far more nicer over there. That manager needs to work on better customer service and controlling her mood because she’ll definitely run out supporting customers that way.

This is the third bad experience I’ve had at this place. The Cuban manager who wears glasses mistreated employees in front of customers, which made me feel uncomfortable. It is also worth noting that there is a gay employee working in the meat preparation area who seems to have a rather troubled life; I observed him mistreating other staff and running to the manager to get her to lash out at a coworker—behavior that is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, for a dish costing $20, the serving size is tiny. To me, they act like cheapskates; you have to order a double portion just to get a decent-sized meal. Management needs to step in and fix this—improve the portions and be more generous to match the price paid; it’s only fair.
The food was delicious, but unfortunately the customer service was really disappointing. I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but the overall experience was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to share.
They were out of white rice, there were no cups for water available, no knives, and the tables in the dining area were dirty. What bothered me most was the staff’s attitude. They were incredibly nonchalant and unhelpful about everything. It felt like every issue was met with “we don’t have it” or “we can’t,” with no effort to offer a solution.
The food itself was great, which makes the experience even more disappointing. A little more attentiveness, cleanliness, and willingness to help customers would have made a huge difference.
Very disappointing experience at this location. The portions were extremely small, especially the protein. I was told the standard serving is 4 oz for protein and 4 oz for the sides, so I paid for double protein expecting around 8 oz. However, the portion I received looked like a standard serving. Keep in mind, there’s no actual 4 oz measurement being used, they’re simply eyeballing the portions.
What really frustrated me was asking for just a little more of the standard toppings. The manager told me it would be $1.50 extra for each additional topping, including pico. At that point, I honestly almost walked out.
I understand charging for extra protein, guacamole, queso, etc., but being told I have to pay $1.50 every time I want a little more of a standard topping felt ridiculous, especially when the portions were already so small.
I ended up paying for double protein and still felt like I received a regular portion. Definitely one of the most disappointing Chipotle experiences I’ve had. The manager’s attitude and the overall experience need improvement.
