Everything went well with the ordering. Oh my God this food is so tasty, fresh and hot and just yuuuumyyy. The fish sandwich with just lettuce and tartar sauce is just top notch. The double roast beef meal is like nothing I have tasted my husband love it. The jalapeño bites and mac and cheese bowls are over the top. Our order taker "Latonya was so helpful and courteous her bright loving mom disposition is so welcoming to a fast paced life where people over look everyone. Damian S the manager is a phenomenal leader. The fry station and sandwich prep ladies Estrella and Daylen work diligently. The entire place from bathrooms to service area and soft drink bar is immaculate. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and super dooper clean. I need Arby’s to know that these employees make up who your company is and they are an asset to you. They outshine the rest. Thank you Arby’s for making our meal superb.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a milkshake, but was incorrectly charged for a crispy chicken meal (no tomato) with a Coke and two ketchup packets, totaling $12.08.
When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the situation was not handled appropriately. An employee, Latonya, stated she would personally Zelle me the money back, but then explained she does not get paid until next week and was unsure how to resolve the issue. The manager on duty appeared too busy to assist, and another manager who was coming on shift informed me that an immediate refund was not possible. Instead, I was asked to write down my information and wait for a check, with no clear timeline provided.
Overall, the lack of organization, accountability, and customer service was very unprofessional. This situation should have been resolved promptly, and I hope management takes steps to improve how issues like this are handled in the future.

Was falling asleep on the highway y got off on carribean exit fell asleep in front of the place in my car for about an hour accidentally. No one bothered me I woke up went through the drive thru and got the best slider I've ever had and carried on my way home. Good eats good people
