  I recently visit Arby located at 20203 S Dixie Hwy Cutler Bay, FL 33189. I usually don’t write reviews for fast food restaurants, but I felt compelled to share my experience because the employee who helped me truly stood out. Her kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude completely shocked me in the best way possible. From the moment I pulled up in the drive thru Latonya greeted me with a positive actitude, was patient while taking my order, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She made sure my order was accurate. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, she went above and beyond to make my drive thru enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious, but it was the exceptional treatment from this employee that made the biggest impression. Arby’s is lucky to have someone who cares so much about customers. Thank you for making my day a little brighter! I would definitely recommend Arby if anyone looking for a quick and satisfying meal.
