  Just let me stand in there with not white on me. I am blind, hey, Kate Harley. See things that one person asked, can I help you? A lot of older people do not know how to use the machine to need help, and no one will offer to help you in this taco. Bell, that's how you lose business. No customer service didn't even recognize.We was there just looked at us.And walked away

  I’m not one to usually complain but I refuse to eat here because every single time they mess up an order, it’s just not worth my money at that point when you can’t even look at a screen. The last times I’ve been there, their hard shell tacos literally tasted and smelled like cardboard. I figured one time it was fine but three times of them smelling like that to the point I could not finish them at all is completely an utterly disgusting. Not to mention the service there is horrible. With all the messing up they do they have a whole lot of attitude when you try to come have it fixed or just simply don’t work with you. Also get ignored almost every time I do go in by most staff like no one wants to take the order so I just sit there. I’m not the only one to have this experience to which is why it really helps me make the decision to never ever come back here again very easily which is the first place I can say has ever made me feel that way. Time to tear it down and put something else there. Kudos to the Southside Taco Bell, those people are heaven and never mess an order up.

  This is the 3rd time in the last month I’ve went to the Taco Bell in north crestview and this is the 3rd time in a row they haven’t gave me my whole order or food wasn’t prepared properly, the fries were coldish and I didn’t get my whole combo I don’t know if it’s negligence in training or just plain ignorance but I’m done with this store and I don’t recommend it to anyone who doesn’t wanna deal with the hassle

  They are way to slow at fixing your food they stand around looking busy while they run there gums no sense of urgency at all
