  staff is completely incompetent i ordered my food at 1041 am and had to walk inside to get it at 11am.

  Closed ten minutes early, I got there at 1149 in drive through, no one came for two mins, they were inside, waiting out the time.

  I took my son for his birthday, we had a pretty large order but it was made pretty quick, staff was amazing and food was tasty. I love all the sensory tables and walls. My daughter is Autistic so she was definitely feeling it.

  Placed a mobile order at 8:59 am. Requested it for table service, I input the table number and it said invalid and to go to the front or drive-thru. So me and my kids had to wait at the front, no one, not even the cashier, asked how they could help us. I interrupted the cashier and asked him I check on my order that I had placed on the app. He said the drive thru was getting really busy and that they were working on it. I was confused by that as many people had come and gone with their food. I waited there for 35 minutes and finally had had enough and asked for someone to check on our order. A lady checked and it had been sitting there getting cold for probably 30+ minutes (considering how long we were waiting and the typical time others had waited for their food). It was 9:40 am and we finally received our food. She said you have to check in on the app, I told her that I did and that it told me to come to the front(which I did). She was frustrated that I was upset about my order. Needless to say, I won’t be visiting this McDonalds again due to the complete incompetence and lack of customer service. 40 minutes for biscuits and gravy, and a bacon egg & cheese bagel.

  My autistic son worked hard and earned a simple treat today, a double hamburger with ketchup only. The drive-thru employee was kind, but the burger was completely wrong snd disgusting looking! Cheese when even the wrapper said no cheese. When I went inside, the manager laughed it off and no one apologized. It may seem small, but for a child with autism, moments like this really matter. Just disappointed in the lack of care and understanding.
