  If y'alls CEO just came out with a statement about portioning for the meals, why is that y'alls employees on the service line are get freaking attitudes whenever consumers ask for more portioning?? Like damn buddy. I asked for more lettuce and buddy gave me a damn pinch. Literally like 2 pieces of lettuce, same with with the chicken and I am not exaggerating. I looked at him and almost said to cancel the whole damn order. The way you fix the food facial expression and body language tells a lot, you don't even have to speak. This isn't about playing a race card or anything because I see it happens often from many different customers. He barely wanted to give extra beans smh.

  It was ok for what it was. Reminded me of a taco bell meets subway kinda place. Not really my cup of tea tho. Place was clean, staff was friendly. Just didn't dig it personally.

  I usually love this place but tonight the manager or whoever is that women that boss everyone around disappointed me so much. I ordered online and forgot to add a drink, as I go through the drive thru I ask for a coke and she literally said that “ I’d have to go inside to get one because she was so busy” !! The drinks were right beside her! It wasn’t going to take more than a minute since you like to work so fast to give bad service! That’s what a drive thru is for! If you’re the manager that really sucks because you are supposed to bring business not reject it!

  Delicious and fresh. Friendly workers. Typical pricing (a bit high)—$45 for 2 people. That was for the beef Barbacoa bowl, beef salad w/cheese & guac topping ($), side of chips (bag), side of guacamole, and 2 small teas. Saccharine (pink packet) and sugar available.

  I love the food. I don’t see why this place gets so much hate when the staff is super helpful. Yeah people that want to make their food. Get it right on time honestly, This might sound bad, but most Of the bad reviews have to come from delivery drivers Because I walked in when in person and I’ll tell you exceptional job and if they do mess up, they are quick to correct it. They are a humble people at least here in Crestview. I can say that this is one of the best chains of restaurant that we have ever asked for. I want to give a shout out to Jahmichael, Really nice guy he helped me through my order he was on the ball. Asked me what I wanted as soon as I got in greeted me and his peers as well but Specially, this guy. If you do end up in town and Crestview and would love The chipotle signature Please give these guys a try. The food is always banging. Customer service is right up there. Thank you, chipotle Team For your hard work and for your staff. Very pleased
