  I had such a great experience at Chick-fil-A this morning! I stopped by for breakfast after an appointment, and honestly, it was exactly what I needed to start my day on a positive note.Martine was the one who helped me, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell she really cares about customers and takes pride in her work. She made sure everything was right with my order and went out of her way to be helpful, which doesn’t go unnoticed.It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine, and Martine definitely made my visit memorable. The food was great as always, but her attitude and kindness are what really stood out to me.Thank you, Martine, for making my morning better. I really appreciate you and I just hope and pray you get the recognition you deserve! You did amazing today. Thank you for making my day 💗💗

  I had such a great experience at Chick-fil-A thanks to Martine. From the moment we walked in, she stood out with her positive attitude and genuine kindness. She greeted us with a warm smile, was incredibly patient while we decided, and made sure our order was completely right. You can tell she truly cares about customers and takes pride in her work.Employees like Martine make a huge difference. She represents the kind of service that keeps people coming back.   This establishment at this location and others are fantastic from my experience! The service is prompt and the attitude of the servers are even more impressive. Other fast food places should model their customer service after Chick-fil-A. Thank you for treating your customers with respect!

  I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A. I placed a simple order, and somehow it was brought out incorrectly not once, not twice, but THREE separate times. Each time I went back to have it fixed, I was met with attitude instead of any kind of urgency or professionalism. What really made it worse was the complete lack of accountability—no apology, no acknowledgment of the repeated mistakes, nothing. Just rude responses and the feeling that I was somehow the inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters, and this location completely failed. Poor service, poor communication, and an overall frustrating experience. Definitely not what I expected.

  Awesome food facilities and friendly folks as always. Pretty easy access off I10, but if you're in an RV or pulling a trailer, forget about it. I did it with only a 16-ft trailer and that was tight and the only place I could park was in an actual side lane in the corner of the parking lot and if the drive-thru had had a line it would have been a problem.
