  Absolutely love 7 Brew. Some staff is lacking though. There are certain times when certain staff is working and I skip my coffee cause I know it's not going to be made correctly. This morning 9/22 I went through and got my order and it was made incorrectly and the staff was anything but pleasant. I understand it's early but I just want my coffee.

  0 would be better… ordered ahead unaware that I would spend over an hour waiting for my order. I’ve pulled into Dutch and Starbucks lines longer that what I pulled into today and got out max 20 minutes. By the time I finally got my drinks they were watered down and just nasty. The brown haired guy that came out with the drinks had an attitude, threw straws down onto the cart where the girl out there handing drinks out was standing. Just not happy at all with the experience.

  Just left this location with my two drinks after waiting at least 25 minutes in line. My husband and I thought there may have been an issue with someone’s order and that’s why it was taking so long. Once we got closer to the front, we realized one employee was holding drinks and talking to coworkers vs running the drinks out to the customers. My drink is also messed up and doesn’t have the cold foam. Did not feel like waiting for them to take my drink back and add to it since my husband’s drink had to be remade due to them knocking it over right before handing it to us. This location definitely needs to review their team members.
