  That will be the last time I use the app to pre-order and come here maybe even the last time I come here. They acted like I was some kind of a vagrant when I walked up with a app pre-order and it was like a big deal that I was a walk-up and didn't go in the line. What's the point of using the app and pre-ordering if I can't beat the line? It took longer for my coffee to get to me as a walk-up with a pre-order, then it would if I just would have got in the line without using the app at all. Make it make sense and right now it doesn't. Starbucks is right around the corner, so is a coffee truck down the way. If y'all are gonna be disorganized about your service, app, and convenience of app and pre-ordering then you have some serious work to do and will lose myself and others to your competitors. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!

  I was getting some drinks at 7 brew two employees ignored us after they were talking about how the earl gray was out, that’s not their fault but when we asked they just ignored us until they were handing us out drinks. They were also just rude, they went to the car that arrived after us and ignored us, it was a blonde guy with a cross, and the on shift lead

  The coffee was sooo good! I walked up to the booth, and was greeted with a big smile and hello! I received my cup of Java within 3 mins, and it was awesome! Thanks so much!

  The girl that had a black shirt on on 7/22 around 2pm is extremely rude and has a attitude that I’ve never seen from a 7 brew not sure why people work food but hate people

  The worker with a blue shit, short brown hair, sunglasses, and an awesome attitude gave us the best service ive gotten in a while. He was humorus and a great employee. I didnt get his name but the date i went was 07/17/26. I highly suggest keeping him as a employee
