  9/25/26 6:30pm hamburger tasted old cold chili cheese, dog foot-long called chili looked old tasted old and the bun and the hot dog. call tater tots and jalapeño poppers I love sonics products I thought we have employees there who know when to say when I know you have to worry about food cost, but if it’s not gonna wow somebody don’t serve it

  Victoria was our helper today and was all by themselves and everything still came out amazing! The service was great, the food is great and they were very kind, phenomenal worker. I myself would recommend a raise for sure. Well deserved.

  Everything was horrible. Waited about 10-15 minutes even though I ordered online. The order wasn't entirely correct, all the food was cold, the burger was thrown together quickly and the worst constructed burger I've ever seen. Probably because it was cold, it tasted absolutely terrible. Certainly the worst burger I've ever tasted in my life. My wife and I took one bite of our respective burgers, one fry each, and quickly decided to ask for a refund. I've never asked for a full refund from any fast food place or restaurant before (only corrections). I asked for it, and the younger gentleman working there was polite and apologetic. However, due to the system beyond his control, they could not complete a refund because I paid online. I had to contact the corporate number. I called the corporate number and was on hold for 20 minutes before I gave up. Not worth the money. The younger gentleman got his shift manager to talk to me, and he told me there's nothing he can do. I asked him if he could at least throw away the food, and he refused. Absolutely awful. This is the first time I've ever tried any Sonic location, and it will be my last.

  The best part about my experience was the guy in drive thru Josh. Seems like no one else in there wanted to do their jobs but him. Food was awful tho, definitely would only come back to sonic for him

  Idk what was up with their radio there. Awkward silence isn't my thing, but regardless the workers were very nice, and our drinks were great.
