  The worker Jerry and genesis were so snobby and rude, i believe they did something to my food too it tasted funny like the smell of a garbage can on my food

  Shay works the counter almost everytime I’m in here. She’s rude, language is very vulgar, and literally ignores customers standing in front of her.

  I have been to Mcds numerous of times and they hire just the most unprofessional people that are not respectful, helpful or professional! Today my experience I was u happy with the service telling me I had to walk inside to receive my DoorDash order while I was already in the drive thru before I even received the dash waiting more than 20 minutes in line to be told I had to walk inside when they had already told me to wait at third window and I’ve worked fast food restaurants etc and the service could’ve been handled more properly

  I went through the drive thru this morning, had bad customer service, wasn’t given jelly after asking, then the food wasn’t fresh unable to eat it, called 3 times and no one answered the phone.. wasn’t given a receipt either to have proof of my order.. and wasn’t given my points either.

  One of the slowest McDonalds I've ever been to. Wait 20 minutes in the morning and longer in the afternoons. The coffee was cold, they forgot to give us a drink, the possibilities to disappoint are endless. God help you if they ask you to pull forward. They take the fast out of fast food. Go anywhere else.
