- WBWarren BachmannAug 22, 20263.0While in general, Dunkin’ Donuts has been more and more disappointing with their menu reduction and their centralized bakery however, I’ve still always look forward to a toasted coconut doughnut at this location in particular none of the employees even know what that is and when they tell me they have it, they do not. I’ve been told that a coconut doughnut is a toasted coconut and today I was sold a Coco butternut doughnut being told that that was a toasted coconut doughnut. I can’t really blame the employees because what they don’t know they don’t know, but for God sakes the manager should have enough sense to educate them.

Not only that she will scan your phone twice take your reward points then try to make you pay for the coffee you where supposed to get for free. This is literally the worst dunkin around and I have been to a lot I see why the employees change consistently. If you need someone to run your store part time because that's what it looks like your GM is doing at this point after the food and the straight disrespect from someone that doesn't even really do a real job is absolutely insane y'all suck your employees suck and y'all need to fire every last person in that place and restart it's not hard to find a person who doesn'treally want to work and comes to make 14 a hr absolutely garbage customer service and that's coming from a business owner have a blessed day will also be calling corporate

We were ordering to go to multiple places and asked for two different types of munchkins but you server said she’d just get us asst box and we could pick out what we wanted but we don’t eat the chocolate, jelly, powdered, then as we waited out front the female who took our order came out and roughly handed us our stuff, never making eye contact, as we said thank you multiple times she completely ignored us refusing to acknowledge us and refusing customer service! We love Dunkin but every time we order from this place we get damaged donuts, or horrible customer service

Sometimes at others the food tastes like it’s been run through the dishwasher, but not THIS DUNKIN. This was absolutely next level amazing. All of it perfection. Crack or creekwater? CRACK. Drinks poured with good ratio food cooked well.
