Order it online order said it would be ready in about 7 minutes took me 11 minutes just to get there saw the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building so I said let me just go inside and grab it because it shows to be ready.
I walk in nobody's at the front counter they have a cardboard sign saying please order from kiosk. I waited and waited nobody inside acknowledge that I was standing there. Said hello quite loudly a few times nobody acknowledged me. Say hello really loud the girl at the drive-thru window looked over her shoulder and rolled her eyes at me and turned away. Wait a little bit more and was getting frustrated I said hello is does anyone work here Extremely Loud that's when she turned around to tell me can't you see we're busy. I said to her what I'm not a customer I've ordered my order is ready it's paid for all I want to do is pick it up well give us a minute was her answer to me as I spoke very loudly I guess the manager came out and said what's wrong I said nobody acknowledges your customers and ignores them and she said well you don't have to scream have a nice day I said that's impossible you've ruined it.
For cheap fast food I guess that's what you get cheap employees that don't care. Makes the whole company look extremely bad for the reputation they already have.

Taco Bell has managed to turn inconsistency into an art form and not the kind worth celebrating. What used to be a reliable guilty pleasure now feels like a gamble every time you pull up to the drive-thru. Order the same item twice, and you’ll get two completely different interpretations, neither of which resembles the menu photo. It’s as if there’s no standard, no training, and certainly no accountability behind the counter.
The real disappointment isn’t just the uneven execution—it’s the apparent absence of pride from employees. Ingredients are sloppily assembled, portions swing wildly from skimpy to absurd. Fast food doesn’t have to mean careless, but here it often does. When consistency is the bare minimum expectation, missing that mark so regularly signals a deeper problem. At this point, it’s hard to tell whether it’s a failure in training, management, or culture—but whatever it is, it shows up in every bite.
