  I hate to write this but I needed to let Pollo Tropical Corporate and any customers know about this location. Staff was incredibly rude. My wife and I went through the dive through, I saw an employee dumping a tray of sauce down a drain pipe on the floor while two employees were arguing about a previous customer not getting the right order. They didn't give a receipt or give us the correct order so I walked into the restaurant to ask for the correct order and the receipt. I was polite and asked the manager (I assume the only person wearing a polo) if I could get the correct order and a receipt. His response was extremely aggressive as if I was doing something wrong. When another customer and I walked out we both shared the same sentiment, both shocked at this location. When my wife and I got home, we couldn't even finish the food. It was gross to eat: I found hair in my food, we both had watery bowls and when I took a bite into the yuca side dish there was something hard in it so I immediately spit it out, felt very wrong. My wife and I had never had an experience like this at Pollo and we like the company. Someone from corporate should go check out this location - this is a terrible representation for the company. Hope they fix it.

  Las señoras morenas deberían atender mejor están de malhumor y tratan mal a la compañera latina y no ponen atención a los clientes por el contrario la señora latina atiende muy bien

  Ordered food almost $50.00 of food on thier POLLO TROPICAL APP not 3rd party. And 50 minutes later Recieved half of my order. Went in my car to the restaurant to get FLACK AND CALLED A LIAR MEAN WHILE the missing food was sitting on the corner of the counter. Thar is the restaurant responsibility to make sure all food is given to the DRIVER ESPECIALLY when I used POLLO TROPICAL APP Manager Guy NASTY and needs to go.

  Hoy después de tantos años visitando este pollo tropical todos los días consecutivos lamento decirle que no voy mas pero tampoco se los recomiendo, la atención hoy con una manager q había hoy q espero no sea la sustituta de ahí porque el señor dominicano era muy buena gente lo primero que tiene que tener es costumer service antes los personas no discriminar por ser latino muy grosera ella espero q pollo con su prestigio sepa diferenciar quien es apto para trabajar con ellos y quien no.. NO VUELVO MAS….
