I came very hungry to buy Pizza Hot because I live it and close home. I dont like to give bad reviews :( Unfortunately my experience as costumer wasn't the best at this location, Sophia as the man tell me was her name she was at the cashier and her attitude was very unprofessional towards my questions. She talked a price and then she charge me a different. She didn't use manners at all. It was another gentleman using his phone and eating at the front desk. For this experience I decided dont come back again. Happy Day all! Naty✨️🦋

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. They have screwed up our order the last TWO times we have ordered. They offered us a $5 credit AS IF we will ever order from here again. NEVER ordering from them again. Total BULLSH*T!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered a pizza and a soda. The pizza showed up, so congratulations—you managed to complete half of the assignment. Unfortunately, the ONE thing I actually wanted to drink was apparently too difficult to make it into the bag. And no, before anyone gets confused, I don’t care about the damn soda money. I paid cash for the whole order and tipped the driver $15. It’s the principle. I ordered delivery because I wanted my food and drink delivered to my house. Now I’m sitting here with my pizza and no drink, meaning I have to get up, leave my house, and go buy the damn soda myself. So basically, I paid for delivery so I could… still have to leave my house to get what I ordered. Brilliant. And then DoorDash wants confirmation before they can do anything about it. Fantastic. So I’m apparently responsible for proving that the item you forgot to deliver was never delivered in the first place. I’m grateful I got the pizza, but let’s be honest: an incomplete order is still an incomplete order. If I wanted to order one item at a time and make multiple trips myself, I wouldn’t have paid for delivery. It’s not the $2, $3, or whatever the soda cost. It’s the fact that I ordered something, paid for it, tipped generously, and didn’t get it. Next time, maybe check the damn bag before sending the order out. Apparently remembering a pizza AND a soda is asking for too much. Update*** Pizza hut said it's the door dashes fault not there utterly disappointed with pizza hut response
