  I placed an order online 2 days in advanced to make sure things would go smoothly, I scheduled the delivered for 10:45am to my daughters school, as their lunch time is 11am, and by 11:10am I call this location and the pizza is still sitting there waiting for a driver. At 11:17am I received a text message for advising the delivered would be made at 11:42am. That's ridiculous. We are talking about a classroom with 20 3 years old waiting on their pizza for lunch, and also, a special occasion that is my daughter birthday. The school director called me at 11:26am to ask me about the pizza, that it hasn't arrived and the kids lunch is at 11am and they are still waiting but cant wait any longer, and the kids were expecting the pizza as they were told that was they were having for lunch. By the time this arrives to the daycare, the kids are cleaning up and changing for that nap. $41.87 wasted money for something that they won't eat and will go for waste. This is absolute ridiculous how you schedule something to be delivered at a certain time, and it gets delivered an hour later. Never buying from this location again. Ridiculous!!! Update: They requested delivery through DoorDash, the dasher then said he needed to the director of the school she needed collect cash because the order was not paid. The school then calls me. Then DoorDash calls me to charge me for the $41.87, that I have paid Pizza Hut when I placed the order on Monday, 8/3/26 at 6:11pm. What an embarrassing situation for me and the school. Not only the 1h delayed delivery, but also this. Ridiculous.

  I had to wait a few minutes for my online order and while I was sitting there, I saw the guy making the pizzas cleaning up around the place and then fill what I think was cheese in the tray. Without gloves, he reached in and grabbed a pinch to throw in his mouth. Then he took some dough out of the fridge and full hand pressed on it. When he saw me watching, he walked over to the sink and washed his hands. Won't be back.

  Horrible place took them nearly 40 minutes to give me my order after they had me pay second I got there people came in after me and got there’s before me I ordered online 24 minutes before I showed up then when it was ready they gave me stale rock hard breadsticks ( I couldn’t even crush it with my hand) spoiled freezing cold sauce ( felt like actual ice) for the sticks and then messed up my pizza and after making me wait another 30 minutes “fixing” the pizza messed it up again which I didn’t notice till I actually pulled off a pepperoni in my car and realized they put near no sauce on the pizza at all went back and pointed it out they refused to fix it saying it’s correct when I pointed out no pizza I’ve ever ordered from this location had been like this just crust and cheese they continued to refuse to fix it then walked to the back and proceed to ignore me for 10 minutes the guy looked at me trying to get his attention and blatantly ignored me till I told them to keep there pizza and just give me a refund as this isn’t what I ordered even then had to say it three times and they only refunded me after other customers came in and then took the pizza of the counter and threw it in the trash in front of me not a word or sorry like you just messed up my order twice gave me stale and spoiled food and have had me waiting over an hour for something I ordered 24 minutes before I got here and payed for within seconds of being inside
